We found exposed wires leading to our unit. Chris and his son Jacy came out and repaired the connections and reinforced the wire to offer extra protection. They also serviced my unit and it is now running more efficiently and cooling down faster. They both have an excellent work ethic and are polite and friendly. I highly recommend their services.

Chris with San Tan Air LLC installed a mini split for our garage in the middle of this brutal heat!! He is professional, prompt, and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to his services!! He even brought along his son Jacy to help on the job as well!! Jacy is also just as kind and willing to work along side and learn the ropes of the business!! We are extremely satisfied with San Tan Air and will always recommend them!!

Chris at San Tan Air LLC was an awesome individual to work with. Recently the AC went out at my house and this was the second time my unit had gone out in the past month. The first repair done was by a different company and they obviously did not fix the root of the problem. After almost two weeks of my AC going out and multiple other companies not returning my calls or not showing up, I decided to do a quick Google search of companies in the area. I found San Tan Air LLC and within 30 minutes Chris had returned my call and offered to come over within the next minutes. As promised he showed up ready to work with his son. He was upfront about pricing, the issue with my AC and overall extremely friendly. My AC was fixed within one hour of my call to Chris and is working perfect now. Prices are reasonable and I think even better than other companies I had contacted. Chris even checked my other unit to ensure it was working properly. Chris and his son are a blessing. I spent all day without air in this arizona heat being dodged and avoided by another company. I called Chris last minute after he already had a full day and they went above and beyond. After a stressful day I cannot thank him enough. Not only were they quick but got the job done perfectly. This is a Company that genuinely cares about their customers.
When my heating suddenly went out, the ONLY person I knew I had to call was Chris at San Tan Air. Chris came right over after a super long day of work and life to take care of me. Within 1 day, I had a brand new unit in and heating my house beautifully!!! Being a single woman, it is hard to know who to trust and I never have to worry about that with Chris and San Tan Air. I work from home and Chris got my new unit installed with basically zero interruption to my day and work schedule. He even offered to pick up the dog poop in my back yard!!!!! WHO DOES THAT??? Chris does! I will never trust another AC company and cannot thank Chris at San Tan Air enough for coming to my rescue time and time again.

Chris at San Tan Air did an excellent job on my AC unit today! Fast Response time and got my AC unit up and running efficiently! Another AC company from the home warranty came out prior to Chris and gave a completely different diagnosis that would cost me MORE money since the service they recommended is not covered under the warranty. I’m glad I got a 2nd opinion and called Chris at San Tan Air!! He diagnosed the problem correctly and the motor is fixed! Chris is honest, affordable, and gets the job done! I highly recommend San Tan Air,LLC!!
If I could leave a 100 star review I would for Chris. Seriously what a great guy who goes ABOVE AND BEYOND for his customers. Trustworthy and knowledgeable and fast, I can’t say enough good things about this business except we are EXTREMELY lucky to have found him and will hands down use him for any and all air conditioning repair needs in the future. I love that he brings his son out with him sometimes, and that kid is a hard worker! You can tell family is important to Chris, and he wants to make sure our family is taken care of as well. We had some family staying with us and our AC stopped working. He came over and fixed it so we were cool by evening. Great work, great products and great customer service.

These guys are great . They came out on a Saturday morning installed a new 3 1/2 ton train air conditioning system in less than 2 1/2 hours . They were very courteous and most of all the work was very professional . The owner was very helpful with any questions that I had and spend extra time explaining the system to me . I am extremely happy with their service and would recommend them to everyone .
