Carlos was very professional and friendly, he was able to fix my AC issue in no time. He went out of his way to schedule an appointment on such a short amount of time. I would definitely recommend using them for any HVAC issues.

Carlos and Armando with Pro Tech Hvac were awesome. I spoke with Carlos to make the appointment to have both our AC units maintenanced/serviced for spring/summer. He was really nice over the phone and was able to schedule the appointment to come with in a few days unlike other companies that were weeks or months out. Carlos and Armando came this past Monday to do the maintenance on both of our units. They were really thorough, took pictures to show me the work and some minor things that needed repair/addressing. They were able to address some old wiring issues immediately that day and will be back to do some additional work. We only bought the house we are in now last May2022 and it was built in the 70's, the Air Conditioning/heating units are not super old but who knows when they were serviced last. We wanted to be prepared for the upcoming summer. We live in Buckeye so it was nice that they were available to service this area. Both Carlos and Armando were friendly but professional and didn't pressure sell or suggest unneeded work. You can tell they really care about their customers and work. Thank you to both of them. : )
The company was great. Carlos was amazing. Showed up on time, was punctual, professional, and really listened to us. He kept us informed the entire time he worked. Diagnosed the issue really fast and knew exactly what he needed to get it done. Knocked out all the work in a very short time frame and made sure the system was working properly before even thinking about heading out. Would definitely recommend others to utilize them and request Carlos.
Business tech is on point, but the star was Carlos. Put on a mask and booties before he even looked at my door. Was super professional, turns out it was just a bad thermostat, he replaced under home warranty, and even advised I could get a cheap Google nest from aps, and keep this new one as a backup. He told me the blue wire which wasn't connected, would be the power I needed for the nest. Excellent customer service.
They fixed my issue in one visit and was very professional. Only negative thing I have to say say is that they missed the time window I was given. To be fair, they hit the original time window I was given but, I would have rescheduled if the would have indicated they couldn’t hit the shortened window I insisted on.
