If I could give this company 6 stars I would. The service and professionalism was amazing. I cannot tell you how difficult it is to find quality contractor service in the Phoenix area, particularly in the West Valley. To have a company of this quality available in the West Valley is so refreshing. It's like a drink of cold water in the middle of the desert (Pun Intended) LOL! After dealing with a another company that failed to repair our issue, we contacted Cooler Tymes. Mike was extremely professional and quickly identified the inferior work of the other company. We ended up having our unit replaced and the pricing was inline with the 5 other quotes we had received, but he provided a much higher quality unit. Install went perfectly and on time. This was truly one of the most professional and low stress interactions we have had with any service company that I can ever remember. We couldn't recommend Cooler Tymes more highly.
Mike was great and was able to come out really fast, diagnose and fix the issue really fast. Plus he's a nice honest guy. I will use his services again and again.
Mike is always responsive, came out within 2 hours and diagnosed the problem as a bad thermostat and replaced it under warranty no charge.
I sent in a request on their website late last night, I woke up this morning around 5:30 and got an e mail from Mike asking for my address for a service call. He showed up on time, he was personable, professional, and and all around nice guy. He inspected my system, gave me some recommendations for my thermostat settings, and even gave me a discount. Cooler Tymes has a customer for life and will service my A/C unit for the foreseeable future, thanks Mike!
On a recent Sunday night I suddenly realized that the house had gotten warmer. Went to check thermostat and the image was blank. After trying a few things I finally decided that I needed to call Cooler Tymes. Since it was a Sunday night I really did not expect to have the phone answered and it was not. Thinking I could make it through one night with fans I left a message asking if they could get to me first thing Monday AM. Within 5 minutes of leaving message I received a return call from Mike with questions about problem. Requested again a Monday AM service call. Instead he said he was going to come check it now. Got there, fixed the problem and I had A/C that night. That is the Type of service I appreciate. Thanks again Mike!
Cooler Tymes installed a complete Lennox Heat and Air system at my house today. The installers that the owner Mike Greco sent over, Heath and Jake were absolutely the friendliest,knowlagable, and professional installers I have ever used on anything I have had installed on the many homes I have owned. I would not hesitate to use Cooler Tymes for heating and air-conditioning needs. Mike has a great company and great employees and provides a great service at a fair price. Unfortunately we had to us them in July, they replaced a coil and a board in the attic.found out he wired it improperly ,would only blow cold air instead of warm air, also the unit wasn't attached properly. They tried to charge me for new dampers when all we needed was new thermostats. Saved about $1400 by using a real pro. Very unprofessional

Mike from Cooler Tymes responded to our request for an evaluation of our present HVAC system. He was timely, professional, took pictures while on the roof and explained to us everything he saw that was wrong with our current unit. He was straight forward in explaining what kind of unit we would need and that there were two possibilities. Upon checking, only one was available and we agreed to have it installed. Three days later the new unit along with a new wi-fi thermostat was in place. The entire installation took less than 2.5 hours. Mike has followed up to check on how things are going. My husband and I would gladly recommend Cooler Tymes for any heating or cooling needs/
The install team was responsive and professional. I had planned an all day install but they knocked it out in half the time. Install included exterior condenser unit and the interior unit above the ceiling in a 2nd floor condo. Thanks Cooler Tymes LLC.

Michael Greco was great and efficient when our dampers and air conditioner broke down in the middle of summer. He coordinated working and ordering parts with our neighbours/ friend’s at the same time as they had issues with their dampers too. Michael explained everything and gave us different options of what we should do. I would recommend Cooler Tymes and we plan to use them going forward for our annual maintenance/service.
One of my outdoor AC condensers was not cooling the downstairs portion of the house. Had an HVAC company come and diagnose the situation and they told me that there's a leak and to determine where it was coming from they'd have to do a leak test with dye and cost would be close to $1000 and proceeded to tell me cost could increase to around $3000/4000 to repair the leak. I asked what a new unit would be....$9000 or more. I'm the type of person that gets other quotes to compare and had other HVAC companies lined up to come and give me quotes. Mike with COOLER TYMES said he could be at my house after he was done with another job. He came by at the time he said, accessed the outdoor unit and told me there was a leak on the cooper tubing and said he could repair the leak or, replace the entire outside unit. After discussing all options, I decided to have the unit (2005) replaced. Mike came back the next morning (6am) with a sweet looking Lenox and had that bad boy installed in time for the family to wake up to a cool house! Mike is now my go-to HVAC guy for annual maintenance and uh-oh calls on both my AC units. So, Mike, thank you so much for "working me into your schedule"......YOU ROCK!!!
These guys had the brand of AC I wanted which was I initially choose them but after I made the choice to go with them they went the extra mile. My AC was completely non functional and these guys came out and got it running enough to keep us cool until the one part that had to be ordered arrived. On install day they arrived on time, got the new system installed and cleaned up the insulation from the attic that had fallen.
Mike was great. Called him Sunday evening when my AC stopped working and he was able to come out Monday morning. Fixed the problem on the spot. So grateful.
We cannot recommend Cooler tymes enough. We bought a new lennox SL28xcv HVAC a/c system from them about 10 days ago. Mike and his crew is exceptional and provided superior service Mike was not only very knowledgeable about the newest systems, he also have so much information and good tips that is very useful AND on top of that, he has the best prices around. We got several quotes from different companies and nobody beat Mike's prices. He is just a professional, honest, nice guy, always gets back to you right away, answer your questions and is very punctual at showing up, you can't go wrong with going with Cooler tymes. We will definitely be going with Mike and his crew again when we need to replace our A/C at our rental home. Thanks again Mike!!
My AC stopped working overnight. I called first thing in the morning. Mike was able to get an inspection done while I was at work and found the problem. The unit wasn't repairable but he was able to get a replacement installed by the afternoon. He took the time to show me the issues with the old unit. Very professional and responsive.
