We had two mini split central air heads installed in our old 1940s home 4 months ago with Yellow. They were the first contractor who took the time to figure out the best solution for our old home, which had no room for ducting to be installed. Other companies were non-responsive after seeing the house, gave no real solutions, and were almost twice the cost for terrible solutions. They took the time and came up with a great solution that kept the integrity of our old home, looked great, and was cost effective. From the beginning the entire team was on time, super professional, and very kind. All my expectations were exceeded and I am so happy to have central air and a reliable company to work with moving forward. Thank you!
Every time we have HVAC issues I call Dorson and he comes in a good time frame. He is very knowledgeable about anything that has to do with heating and air. I do not allow anyone else to touch our systems at both of our homes. If you use their service you will not be disappointed.
Called Yellow Heating Refrigeration & Air Conditioning on a very hot day and with short notice. They came out the next day and on time. They only fixed what needed to be fixed and didn’t try to sell me on a bunch of new stuff I probably didn’t need. I highly recommend this company.
We had our AC and Heat unit installed a couple weeks ago, and all seems to be working fine. The price was competitive, and the install team, the technicians were great. They were extremely knowledgeable and dealt with the installation in a very professional manner. Andy came out the same day that evening after an emergency repair call I made earlier that morning, he showed up on my door, just on time to start the job. He was helpful, professional and courteous. Yellow Heating Refrigeration recently replaced our furnace and the technician, Andy, did such a great job. I requested him for another job yesterday to clean my ducts and he showed up early as usual and did a great job. He was very knowledgeable and completed the work on a timely manner.Their pricing was great. They were on time. They did exactly what they said they were going to do and were very professional.
Andy provided top notch customer service and offered many options and service plans without being pushy and was finished working promptly. He explained everything to me upfront and went above and beyond helping explain the actions I should take to keep the unit maintained.
