If I could give more than 5 stars I would! We called Arizona Valley Heating and Cooling at 9:15 this morning. Jashua was here within 10 minutes and immediately started looking at our AC. He provided in great detail the issue and how much it would cost, which was fairly reasonable! He had the AC fixed and running by 1030am. He was extremely knowledgeable and even set us up with a maintenance plan that we can transfer to our new home. We couldn’t be more happy with the service! Thank you again!

Joshua is awesome. He came to evaluate my current ac units when I purchased my new home. He was honest and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. I ended up buying a maintenance package and 2 new thermostats from him. He’s very professional polite and does great work. You’re lucky to have him.

Lost our a/c on one of the hottest days of the year. We called Arizona Valley Heating and Cooling for help. Joshua was at the house within 4 hours. He fixed the problem quickly, explained everything clearly and wrapped up the transaction completely. We will do business with this company again and will recommend them to others.
Arizona Valley Heating and Cooling provides reliable and efficient service. I had an emergency where my air conditioner went out on July 4, but Joshua Laba came out within a short time period and fixed my issue. Came out within 3 hours on a holiday when my air conditioner stopped working in 110 degree weather. Able to tell immediately just by listening to unit that the capacitor was bad, replaced it in under 20 minutes on site and had the unit cooling again! Will definitely recommend to friends and neighbors.
If I could give Joshua 10 stars, I would. I put him to the test right away this past weekend. My elderly mother had a tenant who's AC went out on Friday evening (June 30). I contacted Joshua who said he could be there that same night at 10:00 pm!! Right away, I was extremely impressed by his speedy response. He then assessed the problem, saying that she needed a new AC, quoted me a fair price, and then delivered a portable AC on Saturday to keep her comfortable until he can install a new unit this week. My mother then had another tenant who had AC problems on Sunday evening (Sunday, July 2) around 5:30 pm. Joshua would have gone over between 8-9 pm that same night, but the tenant wanted to wait until today (July 3). He quickly and fairly took care of that issue as well. Every time I text Joshua, he gets right back to me. It doesn't seem to matter what time it is, or day. Today, I jokingly asked him if he ate or slept. Although, I just started to work with him, I am so grateful to have found someone who takes pride in and does excellent work, and who is friendly, kind, honest and dependable!
Called after hours on a holiday weekend while we were out of town and Joshua was there in less than 2 hrs. to fix our air conditioner. Super efficient and exceeded my expectations for sure! Will recommend ALWAYS! 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’m not big on leaving reviews but if it helps a customer searching who to entrust with their A/C issue I figured this will help. Honestly I was completely satisfied with the service. Josh was on time, knowledgeable, as well as informative. He cleaned up behind himself and informed me of a few minor issues, not using pressure sales tactics not up selling. No complaints with this company Two thumbs up.
Joshua was very helpful in a Time my family needed it. He came out to check out my AC unit very quickly and knew what was wrong with it right away. I feel like Josh very clearly cares about people genuinely. He went above and beyond by helping me get my units warranty pulled up and fixed at lowest cost possible. Once the part came in he came to install it very quickly. I appreciate you Joshua and the time that you took to help myself and my family. I will be using this company from here on out as well as letting others know how great this company is. Thank you sooooooooo much!
We had called for a tune-up on our unit. We mentioned that the drip line needed to be checked as condensation would drip down into the house and onto MY BED. Well sure enough, the next day before the appointment, the drip started again (as if on time...). Their rep said he would come same day. He rerouted the drip line and the leak stopped. We appreciated the fast service.
Josh was amazing. I had a great experience. Call Josh he's honest which is important in the AC business. I will be using this company from now on.
Jashua was great. We had him do a system maintenance. We also signed up for biannual maintenance. It was a good value. He took the time to show me where potential problems exist. No pressure to up sell. I found my HVAC contractor.
Great service. I called and he showed up within an hour. He inspected and diagnosed the problem very quickly. Very inexpensive for the inspection. A+ all around. I will definitely call again if I ever need to.
He came on a Sunday within 1 hour gave me a discount and was very professional and it being a holiday happy Mother's Day
