Billy and Amy are both extremely friendly and super informative. My units are running better than they ever have, and everything was done at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!
loved that I could communicate/book with text. billy was on time, fast, excellent job communicating what was going on and how to fix it. He also gave us pointers on how to trouble shoot basic problems. very friendly!!

Last Saturday 6/4/22, we had an issue with our AC. Our unit is under 4 years old and is still under warranty. We tried to call the company that installed it, but their message states their hours are Mon-Fri. We left a message, but no return call. Thankfully, after about 2 hours, the AC started to cool again. We attempted to call that company again on Monday with no return call. With the heat wave expected this week , we wanted our AC unit checked out. My husband happened to see the All Flow Mechanical truck on Tuesday while he was driving. He called and spoke to Amy and set up an appointment for Wednesday morning. My husband was impressed with how she handled the call and the information provided. Billy arrived right at 8AM. He found no problems with our AC, suggesting it was possibly a power surge. He performed the preventative maintenance we requested at a very reasonable cost. As other reviewers have mentioned, he provided my husband with some very good tips on how to make our AC run more efficiently - and we have already put his advice in place. He was professional and knowledgeable. We found an honest husband and wife team in All Flow Mechanical - and will recommend them.

The excellent serviced started with the first call. Since installing the new unit I have been provided great service and advice to ensure my unit works well for my home. Billy was extremely competent prompt and explained our HVAC systems and the problems caused by improper duct size. He did a thorough inspection as well as maintenance. I will absolutely use him next time and encourage others to do as well. This guy is legit and a quality mechanic.
I definitely recommend these guys. They were able to come out same day and fix my AC for a great price. They were very honest about what needed to be fixed and when I might need to service it again.

All Flow Mechanical is hands down the best, between Billy’s expertises and Amy’s service over the phone it’ll be hard to beat. Billy is honest and trustworthy only person I will call when I have an AC problem. Last year he came out when I had a problem, I knew the unit was old and ask him what he thought. Being the problem was only the condenser fan motor he said replace it and keep it going till something more serious happens. Well this year ac went out again, ended up being the more expensive thing. Billy was honest in his assessment and nobody could touch his price for a new unit installed and everything.
Our AC had went out during this recent HEAT WAVE. We had to immediately check into a hotel for a couple of days. All Flow Mechanical was very busy but worked with us to help us asap, fixed the problem correctly and got us back in our house! I highly recommend these guys!!
Billy was extremely helpful and professional when it came to having my AC replaced. He took the time both on the phone and in person to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions. He took the time and care to make sure everything was running and working well. Amy is also really great in working with the payments and getting everything sent to me for my records. I will use All Flow Mechanical again when it comes time for any other AC work.
Billy and Amy were great to work with. When we found out the cost to replace the entire rooftop unit was not much more than the cost to simply diagnose the problem with the current unit (to satisfy home warranty protocol), we went with a new unit. They got the new unit up (crane needed) and running in 3 days, in the peak of summer heat, and during a time when materials and labor was hard to come by. Billy, you will be the first call I make from this point. Thank you All Flow!

Billy showed up on time, was professional, and spend a lot of time educating me on my unit. He even installed apart I have purchased myself. I have had a lot of people service my units over the years but I will stick with Billy going forward. I trust him to take care of my AC going forward. I highly recommend him.
I wanted to have my AC cleaned and checked out so that it would be ready for the summer. Billy was able to come out that same day. He gave me great tips/advice on how to get the most efficient use out of my AC. He also repaired a duct for me. He was very professional, honest, and did everything in a timely manner. All Flow Mechanical should be the model that all AC companies follow. Technician fully explains any problems before repairs are done with your full approval. They are head and shoulders above all the rest and wouldn’t consider working with anyone else. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
