Great experience getting 2 new HVAC units from this company. From the start, everything was extremely quick, professional, and high-quality. I got 3 quotes for my HVAC, and these guys were considerably less expensive then the others. They installed American Standard (Trane) equipment which was the exact same equipment as the other vendors quoted. The install quality is excellent and everything is working very well. I had a great experience, and am so thankful I used State 48, and I will recommend them to all my friends.
These guys were early and reliable. Showed up and diagnosed the problem and fixed it right away and the price was more than fair. Definitely have these guys on speed dial. Thanks Sean!!!
Shawn hooked us up with an initial inspection of the system and advised us to add more attic insulation. Scheduled a date and got a higher R rating to retain the cold air throughout the summer.
Not only did Ruben beat the price of other competitors for installing a new AC, he was able to get it scheduled before it got too hot! He and his crew exceeded our expectations with the installation, left our house spotless and showed us how to use our new smart thermostat. I highly recommend State 48 AC and Heating.

When the crew arrived, they were prompt and efficient, laying down canvas tarps to protect our home and getting right to work. When they were finished, they left everything in pristine condition, even testing the system and cleaning up afterwards. These guys are the real deal. Team S48 to the rescue. AC went down last night (hottest day of the year of course). Called home warranty they said it would take a week to get someone out to me (lol is this real life?) Text Sean at 8am and had Aaron working on the AC by 3pm and we are back to business. Thank you guys for always being on point and fair!
Ruben and the team really helped us out.. AC's went out in dead summer and they were quick and responsive. Great communication and amazing response time. How do use these guys since moving here six years ago. I’ve had more HVAC problems than I care to talk about in such a short timeframe and this company has never overcharged me and always fix the problem quickly and efficiently. I will always call them first.
We initially had our AC go out in the middle of summer and State48 was extremely quick at responding to our needs and sending a technician out to replace our AC unit. We have had Reymond out twice to fix different things and to make sure our units are running properly. He is a great communicator and always works with us to ensure everything is running smoothly. I highly recommend State48
These guys are true professionals and do excellent work. I have had them out to replace our heating and cooling system and change out the duct work in a home we purchased and their quality of work is impeccable. Ruben and Reymond are truly great to work with and are the only ones I would call to work on our system.

This is a great company that is reliable and very affordable. They have a diagnostic fee that’s lower than anyone around. They are thorough and I would recommend that you use this company for any of your hvac needs. We hired them to service our unit from this point on.

Ruben just left our house and he did an amazing job! We called State 48 Air Conditioning this afternoon at 3 pm, per a recommendation from a friend. It is 5:55 pm and our A/C is blowing cold air. Ruben was on time, professional and was able to diagnose the problem very quickly. He had everything he needed and got our A/C fixed in no time. There prices are very reasonable and when we do need our new A/C system we will definitely be using State 48!!! Thank you guys so much!
