AriZona HVAC is a first-rate company. I was pointed to them after reading several positive reviews. I called the owner and had terrific communication from and with him. His installation crew communicated well and were on time. All installation of our new AC system were completed quickly and cleanly. The technician even took the time to explain the thermostat to one of our tenants. I'm thoroughly pleased with my choice to work with AriZona. Their amazing reviews are well-earned.

These guys are fantastic workers will come quickly when you are having problems. Gerald came to my house at 9:30 pm in the middle of summer to fix a thermostat that had frozen over. Talk about customer service, God bless him! They're efficient and reasonably priced. I highly recommend AirZona for your HVAC issues. New post: AirZona installed a split A/C unit for my man cave, a transformed garage. Living in Phoenix, I wanted to get this done before the oppressive heat of summer. I ordered the unit on Monday and Gerald’s guys put it in the very next day, Outstanding service, very affordable and really nice guys. I highly recommend AirZona.
Gerald did a good job of explaining options based on what we were wanting for a heating cooling system, and worked well with our price range. Scott and Andrew did an excellent job on our new HVAC system, cleaned up the work areas, and explained how to use the new wifi thermostat. This is a very professional family business, locally owned, and by the warranty given, will stand by their product and work.
From our first phone conversation I had a good feeling about AirZona HVAC, The follow up with the site visit only enforced what I thought. Gerald was very punctual and explained everything in detail that was understandable, when his Crew showed up on time to start the removal and installation of my new ac, they were clean, and prepared. They started when they said and finished like promised.. great guys and I felt the job was in great hands.. no surprise charges and no upsales. Overall I would highly recommend AirZona HVAC to anyone looking to get a reliable and honest company to take care of their HVAC needs
I am 62 years old and a Veteran, my AC is broken and I contacted this company because they said they do not do a credit check. They lied when they said they do not check credit scores. I am giving you a bad review. My credit score was already low and every time some company like you looks to run my score it gets lower and lower. I have a job and I can make payments but because of companies like yours I have no way to qualify and now I get to continue to suffer in the heat.
Called Gerald, out in a few days with new TRANE unit. Scott and Seth came out 8AM and quality job done by 11AM. Solid work and fair price. Locally owned and operated. Waranteed work. Two thumbs up!

You know how when you find good people, it's evident? Good people have a certain way they talk, a certain way they walk, a certain way they help you through things. Gerald and his team, (which I think consists mostly of his family) are just plain good people. We had the unfortunate circumstance to have both of our A/C units experience issues in the summer of 2020 (of course, need I say more?). By the time we started talking with Gerald, I had already been on an a/c contractor parade. I buy nothing that will cost 10k+ without shopping around, so we're talking Excel spreadsheet comparison with all the different quotes, ideas, suggestions, etc... I can say Gerald wasn't the least expensive option on the list, but was definitely one of the better prices, and his company offered a labor warranty that was 2.5x longer than the next closest installer. Bang for the buck-- this was a no-brainer. On install day his team showed up and they're delightful. I can't imagine working in 100+ degree heat in an attic all day, so I honestly couldn't be more thankful. They're polite, informative and again, just plain good people. I watched our old stuff hit the road and the new stuff come in, and wow. Totally awesome. These guys are pretty epic! Save yourself the contractor parade. What you get here is an amazing value at a great price. Couldn't be more pleased!
Our AC compressor stopped working on a Saturday on one of the hottest days of the year. They were able to schedule an appointment with me within a couple hours of calling. Gerald was prompt and professional with his assessment and service, and was quickly able to resolve the issue. Glad to have cold air again.

We got a new A/C installed. They were friendly, on time, and worked hard. They were available to ask questions and seemed like they did their job quick. Overall very happy with the service. Once the job was done, they ensured I was happy with the installation and cleaned up as if they had never even been there. Highly recommend this company. And their prices were unbeatable!
