So far I'm very pleased with Advantage Home. Their representative, Austin, who came out to scope the work and the site, ie, my home, was just wonderful! I had lots of questions and he answered every one patiently and professionally. When he arrived he obliged me by donning the new mask I offered without complaint. As a senior these things mean a lot. Please let him know that his visit went perfectly from my irrespective and he is appreciated! Could not be any better. Absolutely awesome. Their services renewed my faith in human beings. I can not give them enough praise and most of my reviews are complaints. I have had nothing but bad experiences with work done in my house and I was amazed by the fantastic service provided by Mr. BUSSE and his crew. Not only are they knowledgeable professional and polite but they go above and beyond requirements to do everything right. May God bless them.

This company is unlike any I have ever dealt with. They were SO nice (and I have spoken with at least 8 different people here) and they genuinely care about their customers and the work they are doing. The communication was great, they were at my house when they said they would be, and highly knowledgeable. We did not have a single issue!! That's unheard of, for me. They installed a new AC, furnace, sealed up the ducts, added insulation, sealed around the can lights, etc. I highly recommend this company.

This is the most awesome Service company that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. The people who work for this company have been nothing short of amazing and have been my salvation. I have been without heat or air conditioning services since last year in November. I have been working with a fantastic program through the city of phoenix to get help. It is quite a process to go through but then so is living in Arizona in the summer with no AC! Ryan asked how long I had been with out AC. When I told him since last year in November he was shocked and amazed! He had told me it was still going to be a week to 2 weeks before they would be out to install the AC and do the weatherization. However after I told him how long it had been since I had AC, He said he would do what he could to speed up the process. The next morning he called to tell me they would be out Thursday to install the AC. He apologized and said that the city of phoenix did programmed did not give them any details about the people they were helping so he had been unaware of my plight until he had come to my home.They came early The next morning and by the afternoon I had AC. What And Awesome thing it is to have people Who go through this in the summer heat .They are indeed Savior's to the people Like me Have had no AC for so long.
Excellent install of new electric and mini-split A/C, new electric hot water heater. Also removal of dangerous old carport. Juan, Ramon and the electictrician made a positive beautiful change to our home.
