Hands down!!! Best experience! They are the best. I knew I was going to be replacing my AC and got a quote back in Feb and then waited.... Of course my AC goes out... when the weather is disgusting! They were quick with responds. Remembered who I was and had my AC replaced in a matter of hours! So impressed with the professionalism and quick work! Thank you for providing a cool and comfortable place for my kids!
Mike and one of the techs came out to replace my old rooftop ac unit with a brand new Trane unit. They were professional and punctual. The cost to replace my unit was also significantly less than other companies I got quotes from for the exact same model. Highly recommend.
Honest and reasonable
Mike and the Action Air team are the only guys I will call for any of my HVAC needs. They are extremely efficient in getting the job done and solve problems with a stress-free attitude. Unlike the other companies that try to make every problem seem like you need to replace the entire unit, Action Air shows up on time, diagnoses the problem and solves it quickly. I have referred several of my friends and family to Action Air and they too have had great experiences, thanks Mike!
Very professional and showed up when promised. They were able to quickly diagnose the problem and repair. They even cleaned out our ac unit and had it running better then it ever has when they left. Would definitely call them again for any AC needs!

Mike is very professional and knowledgeable. He helped me select 2 new air conditioners units that are very efficient and have lowered my APS bill to $93 average monthly bill.
Our system shut down called Mike he stated he could be here in 1 hour. Within 45 minutes he arrived very professional and responsive. Immediately ran to the unit changed the capacitor and within 10 minutes we had cool air again. I can't recommend this business enough. If we ever are in need of air conditioning service, this is the company I will call. Very reasonable price.
So incredibly honest, fair pricing and fast reliable service. Anytime I call I'm always asked a couple things to check before they come out and charge me for a service call. I've bought all my AC units from them and and use them for all my maintenance and repairs. Awesome customer service. Highly recommend Action Air.

I had Mike replace our 18 year old heat pump before it went out. We plan to live in this house 10-15 more years, and thought we might as well get it done ahead of trouble. Mike's bid was significantly lower that the other two, the installation was done well, and we are very happy with his service.
Quick, efficient and ice cold air! We have used Action Air for 20 years. Everything is guaranteed and the workmanship is definitely superior. The prices are very reasonable too.
Called Action Air on my neighbor's recommendation at 4:30 today (Friday afternoon). I figured the best they could do was "maybe" come out sometime on Sat morning and hopefully take care of the problem. Mike said he was less than 10 minutes away and would swing by and take a look. Our A/C was up and running by 5:15!! We'll gladly use and recommend Action Air from now on.
Mike is the best. We went two days without AC because another company performed two repairs incorrectly. Mike came out the next morning and had us running in less than 20 minutes. If you want your AC fixed FAST, Mike is your man!
