I would definitely recommend True North! My A/C went out and of course it’s during the 4th of July! They were very quick to respond the morning of and had someone out within the hour. Fixed my A/C quick and they were very nice and professional. (Even helped me stopped my kitten from running out the door!) plus they had fair pricing even for working on a holiday. A great company I will keep using for any future needs!
The best AC company! I highly recommend them! I use them at all my properties and you will not find better service and pricing in the valley.
These guys are the BEST EVER! Responsive, personable and creative in their approach. We’re currently between 2-homes and they help us maintain BOTH. Couldn’t be happier and can’t recommend them enough!
Great company, was able to squeeze me in on very short notice. Was even able to leave my house to get correct parts for my unit. Would recommend 100%. Will use them again with no questions asked.

AC went out late afternoon. Called for service and job was completed within 3 hours. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly service from start to finish. Would definitely use their services again!
These guys are top drawer. They do the best work, fair pricing and did I mention the best work. We've lived out here since 2014 and have tried multiple AC "specialists", the hunt was over in 2020 when we found True North.
I cannot say enough good things about True North! I got a second opinion on a repair with True North and met with the owner, Mike and was impressed with his knowledge, professionalism, transparency and integrity! If not for Mike, I would be out about 3k and still not fixed the issue! He's is more than fair and definitely takes pride in his business which is proven with the 5 star reviews out of 167 reviews! That alone speaks volumes and is why I ultimately chose True North as my 2nd opinion! I will be switching my service to Mike and his company with no hesitations after just one visit! We all look for a fair and honest company especially with everything going up in price except our paychecks lol, with that being said I am confident I didn't have the best with my AC services but now do! If your searching for an honest professional, give True North a try, you won't be disappointed! Thank you, Mike! We need more business like yours!
Great, honest people who did a great job. They first attempted to service our unit, which was most appreciated. (Not just wanting the larger, more costly job.) When we realized that wasn’t enough, they quickly scheduled a replacement. They did an awesome job and we will use them again
Have used True North Air Conditioning on multiple occasions from check ups to diagnose an issue to repairs to full system replacements. Very knowledgeable, upfront and honest at a great value. On time, responsive and business done with integrity. Have used other businesses in the past and have switched solely to True North to take care of all my HVAC needs.
Our 15+ year-old AC leaked and the 2 home warranty repair shops gave us 3 different repair diagnoses. After getting 5 quotes, we went with True North for several reasons. Price was lower than the other 4 quotes (for similar products.) Most impressive is TN's 3-year labor warranty. The others offered only 1 or 2 years. The other shops were more established and 4-5 star businesses, while TN's been in business 3+ years (and appears to be going strong). Note, however, all the others had some negative reviews on the BBB site. Also appreciative they were able to do the installation last minute due to another customer's special equipment delay. (Thanks, Mike !) Almost went with a competitor, but the stellar reviews, lower price and longer warranty sold me. Timing was just icing on the cake ! On D-Day, I covered up as much as I could to minimize cleanup. I was expecting the crew to cover up the carpeting right under the ladder. This was not done, so some loose insulation fell here and there, but not much of a mess. Attic access was tight and they disassembled the bigger pieces and re-assembled them in the attic, so there were some scuff marks around the wooden attic trim. I'm grateful they dis-assembled the big pieces instead of attempting to squeeze the bigger pieces, removing (and then & fixing/replacing) the attic trim. I'd say that the small cleaning-up inconvenience was sell worth the trade-off of savings (over $1,000 from the nearest competitor). I'd make the same choice if I had a re-do. We are loving our new AC and notice it's cooling much faster than our old clunker. Great job ! Definitely get a quote before signing with another shop.
The team at true north was incredible. From the office staff to the technician that installed our new ac system. They gave my wife and multiple options. With no pressure. They offered fair and affordable financing. I would recommend them to my mom.
Had a a good crew that was very polite and knowledgeable. Being in the contracting business this is one of the best companies I have worked with for all Air Conditioning needs. I look forward to recommending them to others for their A/C needs. Also the prices are very very fair for sure. Thank again True North for all your hard work. Just want to add to this review as True North done another amazingly install for a family member today. They had a four man crew that made the job go well and the crew members were polite. Again I would recommend this company ten times over without a doubt. If anyone is looking for a GREAT A/C company please take my advice and reach out to this company. Amazing to work with. Mike and Cary have been very helpful. Great communication and pricing. They will install a 3ton trane unit to replace my 11yr old one. I have confidence they will do an excellent job. ***UPDATE: Mica and Hadie completed the install and everything seems to be working great. Mica also replaced my old return air grille. Thank you True North!
Mike did a good job looking at two a/c units for us. We are in the middle of buying a house and he worked with us and owner to make sure everything is up to par. Highly recommend them.
My AC stopped working on Sunday. I feel bad for calling people on the weekend so I waited till Monday. On Monday I had a company come out to look at the AC. I told them exactly what happened when I was doing my preliminary check. The guy diagnosed it as a need of replacement of entire unit. When the technician touched the electrical box connected to the unit the AC turned on. And still told me I needed an entire unit. I did not quite believe that it was a unit considering it turned on by touching the electrical disconnect. When true North showed up they actually listened to what I said and did the same thing and got the same results the technician replaced the electrical disconnect and the unit has worked correctly since.

Would never use anyone else! These guys came in clutch multiple times! Are AC went out midsummer and response time was immediate, they were able to switch out my unit temporarily so we didn't have to go two weeks without AC and then got me a great deal on a new unit. Installation and set up was flawless
Our AC went out and within 2 hours of calling them for help, Brent had already diagnosed and fixed the issue. I will definitely be calling them again for any AC issues in the future.
