Tomer came to my house to install my Google face plate and wire it. I added a photo of the item he installed. He was professional, friendly, and well priced. Took him less then an hr. He was easy and flexible with my busy schedule. I would recommend him to anyone. I plan on painting that square peice in the picture and I requested he just install the parts.
Needed to finally replace my 20 yr old gas water heater. Did a lot of research online and called Klein Heating and cooling. One technician showed up the next day after about 2 hours installed a new one. Did an excellent job and thoroughly explained everything. Would highly recommend.
Five-star service from the company. I called Klein Heating and cooling at 11:43 AM to make an appointment for the next day about our water heater. At 3:23PM the same day, they sent me a text asking if he can stop by my home in half an hour. He is very pleasant, knowledgeable, and thorough with his work (I’m still amazed as how he himself get the old tank out and the new one in by himself). He cleaned up everything after he finished. Before he left, he explained what we may expect with the new heater and what to do when the pilot light is out. I would recommend Klein Heating and cooling to my family and friends and those who need this service.
Klein Heating and cooling technician cleared out the pipes that connect the house to the city sewage. He was very accommodating as we had to change the schedule. He did an excellent job. We have used him twice. Definitely will use him again.
I called for unclog drain and diagnose. The customer service was great. Scheduled for me the next day earliest available. My plumber from Klein Heating and cooling came on time, very professional and polite. Explained everything well before and after the job done as well. He did an excellent job. I recommend hope for punctuality and quality service.
Our water heater was overdue for replacement, and once it started showing signs of old age we knew the time had come for a new one. We called Klein Heating and cooling, and their technician came out the next day. He had everything on his truck and was able to do the whole replacement job right then. He was very professional and courteous, and since he was also a veteran doing plumbing in the Navy for several years I am confident that his work is top notch
Had a basement flood. The old clay pipes of the storm/sewer water system below the house needed to be replaced. Klein Heating and cooling team got on it, worked extremely diligently to get these extensive repairs done quickly and expertly. The disruption was significant but mitigated by the sense of urgency to get it all done. Klein Heating and cooling has been back since for a couple of smaller repairs that were also handled very professionally. Highly recommend Klein Heating and cooling.
Klein Heating and cooling technician stopped by today to fix a plumbing issue in our laundry room. He was very nice and professional and fixed our leak right away. He also went the extra mile and fixed a trim piece in our kitchen. I would highly recommend him.
Klein Heating and cooling was good to communicate with. He showed up on time and completed the job in under the time he initially proposed. He wore booties to keep the house clean and a mask at my request. I was very pleased with his professionalism. I only wish I had spoken to him about the replacement faucet. Although it works fine as a laundry tap faucet and appears to be installed correctly, we just don't like the actual look of the gold tap installed. So just make sure you speak about that beforehand.
Our water heater sprung a leak on a Friday night. I called Klein Heating and cooling at around 8Pm. They arranged for Jon to come out on Saturday. He efficiently removed our leaking water heater and installed a new one. All very professional!
Klein Heating and cooling crew were fantastic. They explained everything of what needed to be done to fix a broken/clogged pipe under our yard. Clear communication the whole way, work was done exactly when they said, no tricks or games on the invoice either. The price quoted is the price charged. And best of all, they left no mess. I actually think our driveway is cleaner now than before they came.
Couldn’t have had a better experience. Our technician, came on time, got our water heaters installed quickly and solved all the issues that came up quickly. Courteous, straightforward, couldn’t ask for anything better. We also got a very good deal on our two water heaters, so I can’t complain! Highly recommend.

Our 18 year old water heater decided to spring a leak and after doing some research we decided to have Klein Heating and cooling install our new one. We received same day punctual service and our installer, could not have done a better job. Since the last install there have been new codes put in place and he brought everything up to code for us, and explained all the new regulations. My tankless water heater was putting out lukewarm water. I searched the Google for a certified service company and picked Klein Heating and cooling based on their excellent past ratings. The Klein Heating and cooling service tech showed up within 48 hours. He was knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. He assessed the heater and made a number of suggestions on improving the installation which I agreed to. He sent me a written quotation on the improvements that I approved before he started work, which I thought was extremely professional. When he completed the work the flow through my heater had increased from 1 gallon per minute to 3-1/2 gallons per minute. I got very hot water from the taps for the first time in months. And my central heating, which uses water heated by the Klein Heating and cooling, is toastier than it has been all year.

Today’s repair was less urgent, and they came within one business day. They keep to their quote, and everything is billed and invoiced electronically, which is great for record keeping.
