Could not have asked for better service!
What an unbelievable company! When there are so many options for a/c repair, we feel so grateful that we stumbled upon Pineapple Air. One of our a/c’s stopped working on a Friday afternoon leading up to the holiday weekend. To call up and hear a friendly, professional, and reassuring voice on the other end of the phone was priceless. And then to hear that they could come out in just a few hours was unexpected. They not only came out to assess the situation after they finished their other jobs for the day, but had the necessary parts on hand and stayed until 8pm to fix it so that we could sleep in a cool house. They were so professional and explained things every step of the way. There is no other choice if we ever need help with our air conditioners again!
Pineapple Air came out today and rescued us from the heat due to a malfunction of our a/c. They quickly repaired it under warranty. John and team are always responsive, are honest, and provide the best service we have ever experienced. 5 Star service all the way!

We were having some issues with the unit we bought 4+ years ago (due to our neglect of servicing). Gave Pinapple a call and talked to JP, the proprietor, he was out on site within a couple hours with 1 of the other technicians and had the unit fixed in less than 2 hours. These guys always go above and beyond!!!
Nice owner, quick service even in noon, and most important expertise, they fix the problem even no need into your house then fixed it

My indoor AC blower had stopped working so I shopped around and found Pineapple Air had great reviews. I called to schedule a service and John came out the very next day to inspect the AC. Within 20 mins he had told me the problem and asked if I wanted it to be repaired or go for a full replacement due to the system being almost 30 years old. He layed out the prices for each and I elected to repair it for now and they came back in two days with the special order parts and quickly fixed the unit and had my house feeling cool again immediately. Both John and his helper were extremely professional and kept me updated along the way and I would definitely choose them again for future work . If you need honest, professional, and quality HVAC work done then these are your guys.
We used Pineapple for our new A/C unit. They were amazing!!! The owner scheduled us the very next day after I called for the estimate. He was quick, knowledgeable and friendly. He made making such a big purchase much less painful than I was prepared for. He had us scheduled the next for the install! Chino and Gunner were also fantastic! They were were friendly and patient with my kiddo being home while they worked. They were also incredibly knowledgeable. Pineapple installed the new A/C unit, installed new duct work and added a return for a very good price. We highly recommend them and will be using them for years to come!
Pineapple Air Heating & Cooling is one of a few AC places in the valley I reached out to today to follow up on work done by a different AC place that had left us without heat/AC for 4 days. While we didn't end up going with Pineapple Air to check things out (only because of timing) they still helped us figure out that the other AC place was being deceptive and trying to make some extra cash. We had been told the ECM motor was bad and needed to be replaced, but the company couldn't find the part and wanted us to replace the whole AC. Pineapple Air confirmed they had no issues locating the part. It turns out that the ECM motor wasn't even bad, there was a loose connection that just needed to be addressed.
Glad to have had them install my system. They did it within a few days of it going out and it was a good deal. Months later, came out on a Sunday when I called and fixed a problem with the wire going to the machine from my home and got the machine going. Great customer service and caring attitude.
Pineapple Air is the best, on time, and they get the job done right. I would recommend pineapple air and heating to anyone. A+ service.
These gentlemen are very professional. They took the time to explain each step of the installation process and even educated me on exactly how the unit cools the house. I would highly recommend this company to my family and friends.

Pineapple Air did an amazing job with our AC and furnace replacement. John, the owner, Gunner and Chino were all amazing to work with. John was extremely quick to respond and we cannot thank him enough for getting our AC replaced after it broke in the middle of AZ Summer. Gunner and Chino did a great job and made sure everything was up and running before they left. We would highly recommend this company with no hesitation and will definitely be loyal customers in the future. Thank you for all of you help!

JP at Pineapple is the best! Not only is he the owner, but he himself makes service calls and does field work which just speaks to his dedication. They were quick to respond, very informative and kept us updated as the work was completed. Highly recommend them for anyone needing AC work done; fair prices and great people!
These guys are great. Installed a new ac when I moved into my house and it worked great. It went down on the hottest day of the year. JP came out that night and got it running but discovered the motor was bad. Somehow got a new motor delivered overnight from out of state and replaced the next day. Great service
