Joe came out on a holiday, was extremely knowledgeable and honest with repairs necessary vs optional things that were not in 100% condition but still functional. He was kind and friendly. Affordable pricing and prompt service. Was very impressed I was able to get someone out to service very quickly.
Chase was very knowledgeable and quick to diagnose the issue. Very reputable service and company. Fast forward to 6/19. PDQ installed new ACs for our home and did a great job. We obtained 4 bids and PDQ was the only bid that sent an owner of the business. Jeff was very straightforward and answered all of our questions. Their crew (led by Joe) were very professional and trustworthy. They also completed the installation in the time promised which was much appreciated. Would strongly recommend PDQ to handle any of your AC needs.
PDQ is very reliable and has professional field techs and office personnel. The amazing thing is they work hard and do not slow until the job is done regardless of the heat. Gotta bless people like that. I have already referred several to PDQ and will continue to do so. Thank you for great service
I have used PDQ for over 30 years. Excellent service, cannot say enough good about this company. The service technicians are fabulous, they have also been with the company for many years. That says a lot, when there is no turnover, everyone must be happy!!
Amazing service and really saved the night. 96 at 8pm on a Sunday and the air went out. They had me up and running by 10 and we were able to avoid a hotel trip.

Chase and PDQ are the best air conditioner people in the State of AZ. I had two other companies come out and gave me a load of _______. I called PDQ and told them my issues and how each company said something else and tried to get me to purchase a new air conditioner. Well, lo and behold, there were no problems with my unit. The technician that came out was courteous, professionally dressed, performed with good work ethic, and was very good at communicating to the customer the issue that was found, and the resolution. The resolution was found in an impressive amount of time as was the repair. In less then 30 minutes the problem was identified repair was done, and the unit was back to normal functioning capability this was by far above all expectations and this technician should be credited by his leadership for above average performance, and being highly proficient at his profession. Thank you. If any future repairs are needed I would appreciate the same technician to be sent to rectify whatever the problem may be, but I don’t anticipate any problems in the near future. Thank you.

PDQ comes through again! Thank you for diagnosing and fixing my A/C unit! The staff is professional and courteous both over the phone and the techs in the field. They are at trustworthy company that did a second opinion and were fair and reasonable with rates.
