Professional, courteous, on time, and responsive! Oliver responded quickly and called the day of the appointment with the exact time he would arrive. He was efficient and immediately knew what was wrong. He was very ethical and provided exceptional service. Will use again!

We choose them as we were in a hurry for a repair outside of work hours, they helped us tremendously and even managed to fix an issue we have been plagued for years. Really professional, they explained everything they found and did well so it made our decision to go for the repairs in good knowledge of what we expected. Every repair was done on time and the difference for our system is immediately apparent. Would absolutely recommend.

Assuming that the system is fixed properly I owe them a debt of gratitude with me not being there and it was something as simple as a missing cap that caused the leak they could’ve really taken advantage of the situation. However they did not they were very honest with integrity. I hope the repair was completed properly again I was not there and thank you so much olive air for your help

Amazing experience with Olive Air and Heating. I reached out and they were able to send someone out here same day. Oliver was fantastic, really knowledgeable and explained the issue with our AC unit. Very quick resolution as well. No more than 45 minutes and our AC was back to working. Thank you !
We had to scheduled appointment for Tuesday; however I received a call to see if the technician could come over on Saturday over the weekend. It was great to get my AC unit repair 3 days prior in your scheduled appointment. The technician was timely and professional.
They were one-time and very professional, from covering their shoes inside my house to explaining why and what needed to be done.
Member was professional, on-time and communicated with me throughout the process. He covered his shoes before entering the house for which I didn't ask him to do so. I thought that set the tone for the service and his professionalism.
I have a Warranty with Choice Warranty. A service call was placedhon May 15 afternnoon. with ChoiceTicket not sent to Olive untill may 17, Oliver not able to service my AC until Sat which is a 100 hrs over the warranty co. Cancelled my service with Choice time frame. I will not be home friday thru monday. Cancelled my and will report them to Az Sate Attorney General Office.
Oliver was a professional in all ways , he listened to my complaints and checked the system a complete check even went a little beyond on some wiring issues I had. I would definitely call him again.
A/C system stopped working and Oliver diagnosed the problem within just a few minutes. He went right to work and fixed the problem. A/C is working great. Very pleased and highly recommend this company. We will call them first if we have a future problem. Thanks for your quick service.
