My husband and I have known Josh since 2016 when our AC broke in our condo and I needed a new one that week as I had many people coming over for my husbands surprise graduation party. He saved me 3k on a new unit compared to a larger company and was able to get it done the same week before the party. I’ve referred him ever since then, and he even referred us to a buddy of his that’s a plumber that we ended up using as well. Thank god I kept his number cause fast forward to today our AC at our house stopped blowing cold. Mind you this wasn’t an AC Josh’s team installed. He remembered me first of all, and responded immediately and had one of his techs out here within 1.5 hours ON A SUNDAY guys. I was absolutely expecting him to say he could get someone out here the next day. His tech comes out and turns out our blower fell over, which ended up being a pretty quick repair luckily. His tech Chris was very knowledgeable and was happy to talk to my husband about all his questions and the whole setup. Payment was easy through Zelle. Josh is a good guy and is always happy to help and I love that he’s a 3 man team as you get true quality service. I’ll continue to spread Josh’s name ever chance I get.
Very helpful and honest
Josh is awesome, and so is the rest of the crew. I've used them for maintenance check ups all the way to complete system replacement, and everything in between. Their prices are super competitive and they are always on time. They stand behind their work if there is ever an issue and I plan on using them as long as I have a house with an HVAC unit!
I have always said that people qualify themselves with their reviews. Many are quite melodramatic. As a business owner in the service industry, I tend to be graceful with other businesses. I know what they are going through. A business is only as good as its employees, the products they use, and ultimately as their leadership. Everybody makes mistakes. But it’s how those mistakes are corrected that show their true character and integrity. I have been using and recommending Kittrell Services for several years now. Unfortunately, I feel that I can no longer do that. I will try to keep this brief and to the point. Kittrell Services installed a brand-new complete AC unit in my home. I felt the install was well done and thorough. I was happy with the workmanship and the product. However, the one thing they failed to pay attention to was the blower speed. It was like a wind tunnel in our bedrooms. Every time the AC would come on it would startle and wake us up. It was so loud we couldn’t have a conversation without raising our voices. I called Josh to see if they could remedy the situation and he immediately started to make excuses. He told me that I needed to add more return vents, and when I told him it wasn’t that way with the old unit. He said he’s been doing this for years and he was the professional. He also said that he would help me install new air returns, I wasn’t asking him to do that for free. However, he never came out to do it. I wound up having to do it myself. Afterwards, the wind tunnel was still there. No change at all. I called Josh back, and he finally sent an employee over to change the fan speed. Afterwards we were completely happy. Until!!! Six months later when it was winter. Guess what, there are two blower speed settings, one for AC and the second for the furnace. The employee that Josh had sent out, had never bothered to change the fan speed for the furnace function. So when I called Kittrell Services to get this resolved. Josh told me that I

Kittredge Services were professional and polite. Our AC had a massive performance drop overnight. They were able to troubleshoot and complete the maintenance necessary to get it back up and running. Our AC is now cooling our house much faster! Than you!
Christian and Josh were amazing!!! They knew exactly what needed done and did it. Their customer service skills are top notch, and I'm not a easy customer .they didn't bs, abs I know a little about the trade, so that spoke of very high integrity. They go the extra mile. Josh and his crew resized the duct work and added a return last fall(2021). Everything went as planned, they showed up on time to do an estimate and were on time and schedule with completion of the work. He will now be my go to for HVAC service.
Today is 4th July and I need help with my ac unit. Josh came in an hour to help out. I’ve been using Kittrell Services for 3 years and I’ve been getting honest and professional service from them.

I have been using Josh and his team for several years now. I recently purchased a new house and had lots of issues with the old units. I continue to rely on them to maintain and replace my units when needed. They pay attention to the details. The install on a new unit last year was very, very clean. The caulking and sealing to the registers and vents were perfect(even on the roof). I highly recommend!
I've been using Kittrell services for about a year now. I have an OLD hvac system and they are keeping it humming along. They are always courteous and efficient and fairly priced. In addition, they are punctual and have worked me into their schedule when I've had emergencies. Great guys. Highly recommend.
I had such a great experience with Josh and Christian of Kittrell Services, LLC! I needed several home repairs done after purchasing a new home. Being new to homeownership, I relied on the referral of my family members and called on Josh of Kittrell Services, LLC. After the first call, most of my communication was via text (easiest for me). Josh responded quickly & was friendly and easy to work with. Per my request, Josh was even able to schedule the job sooner than I expected which I appreciated. Josh and Christian arrived promptly at my home, were professional & thoughtful about the work. They were very personable, did a great job and cleaned up after each project! I'm very happy with the completed jobs, as there were several from HVAC servicing to plumbing and electrical. They were done within a very reasonable amount of time and came back quickly when I added on to my "to-do list" of project. I will 100% use them again for future projects and repairs in my home.

EXCELLENT SERVICE & KNOWLEDGE It's heating up in Northern AZ and those days of no AC in our homes are about over. We decided to take the plunge and have AC installed in our Mountain Home. After interviewing and getting estimates from 3 different companies, we decided to go with Kittrell Services. Our experience with Joshua and his staff were beyond our expectations, there friendliness, knowledge and genuine care for our experience overall was a breath of fresh air compared to what we see in the industry. Pricing was very affordable and honest and we did not feel like they were trying to take us to the cleaners. As a business owner who works from home most of the year in AZ, when the AC goes out, my business ceases to operate. Thanks to Kittrell for being quick, prompt, and knowledgeable. They have attention to detail and wont brush you off. They even adjusted some stuff for better ac performance and circulation in the home. 100% I AM recommending to others.
We recently had another company come out to look into our unit as our babies nursery and tv room were consistently 10 degrees warmer than the rest of our house. They more or less told us that everything was functioning and blamed it on the positioning of the rooms and dismissed it. We called Kittrell services for a second opinion and Paul came out. Not only was he friendly but he took the time to listen to our concerns. After a thorough check, he found the problem and the blockage, and fixed it with ease. The results were almost immediate! I will never use another company again. Kittrell Services have made a customer for life.
