Andrew was amazing. He figured out our problem ASAP, there was a connection problem with the outdoor compressor. The indoor temp was 85 when he arrived at 1:20 pm and we are all cool now at 4:50 pm. I called at 10:20 pm last night and had a return call at 7:45 this morning and service at 1:20 pm. Fantastic service to me. I can only imagine how many calls they are dealing with when it's 114 degrees outside. We are grateful to be valued customers of K&R Refrigeration!❤️🆒

Fast, friendly, repair/replacement of our condenser fan motor during the Arizona summer. Motor was going out, called K&R and the were able to come out the next morning. Andrew was professional and quick. Thanks K&R!

Called for AC checkup. Everything was good. Didn’t try to upsell things not needed. Adjusted fan direction and vent angle and already feels better in that room!

Contacted Sunday morning/ Father's Day and he was here by 10. Fixed within 30 minutes. Our unit is 24 years old so we also got an estimate for a new unit. Will definitely use them this fall when we replace it!

We can always count on K&R for reliable and professional service. We had our 2 units serviced before the triple digits arrive in Arizona. Those Trane units are 27 years old and aren't terribly efficient but they keep working so we keep hanging on!
I couldn’t have had a better experience! My air stopped working last night. I called at 7:00 a.m. and a technician was here within 3 hours. He was professional, courteous, and explained everything thoroughly. He even changed my filter for me. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend K & R!
My problem started around 6pm last evening when I realized my ac was running at 84 with the thermostat set at 77. K&R responded immediately to my 6am call this morning. Curtis was scheduled to arrive between 9am - 11am, and was there before 10am, quickly diagnosed the issue, and by 11am had the necessary fan and other parts installed and COOLING.
