I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I felt the pricing was high, but everything else was good. Isleys was recommended by the water restoration company I called out due to a bulging ceiling/water dripping from ceiling situation. They suspected it was a clogged AC condensation line. This was sort of an emergency situation, so no time to shop around and read reviews. The good is that Isley's responded to the call from the restoration company promptly and had a tech out to the house within an hour. Took no more than 30 min for him to fix the problem, no parts used, just blew out the line to unclog it. I was shocked at the price: $375! Though I thought perhaps it was high because they came out right away, but I asked around online later and found that others have had this done in an emergency for $175. I don't know if Isley's fees are this high for everything, but for this particular service, I felt robbed. The good - the tech was knowledgeable and explained what things we can do to prevent a clogged line in the future. UPDATE: I am changing my original review from 4 stars to 1 star. A week later, while the restoration work was still being done, the pan began leaking again. Fortunately, my son was home and just happened to go into the room that was under restoration and saw the water pouring out of the open ceiling. So, Isley's had NOT fixed the problem after all! I ended up calling a different AC company out to fix it correctly and permanently, which they did.

They sent a maintenance technician to diagnose the problem with my hot water heater the same day that I called for $59. However, the first option that they quoted me, for replacement of the gas control valve only for $950, was $800 more than the company that I had replace the hot water heater for $1250 with a new gas control valve for $150 additional, instead of the $1825 that they quoted me for complete replacement.
My experience from the first call Saturday morning to installation on Monday has been incredible. I will NEVER use anyone but Isley’s ever again. Incredible customer service!
We were having cooling issues with one of our A/C units. Isley’s Home services were able to schedule an appointment right away. Our Tech Ernest was professional and knowledgeable. He not only fix the problem he gave us suggestions on what to do if the problem occurred again . We will recommend and use their services again.
We had an outside gas leak and were referred to Isley’s by SW Gas for the repair. Being later in the afternoon I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to get someone out promptly. I was wrong. After talking with Kim she was able to get someone out first thing the next morning to assess the problem. Zach was able to quickly give me a run down of the issue and also an estimate. Throughout the whole process Zach kept me informed and let me know when he was finished. Everyone that I talked to at Isley’s was courteous and professional. Great company.

We have used Isley’s for all of our plumbing and hvac needs. They have continued to impress with their quality, timeliness and their cost effectiveness. We have utilized their maintenance program as well and will continue to engage their services for a long time.
Technician did a great job and was very knowledgeable. Work was completed promptly and area left neat & clean. Cost was higher than expected, but we’ll worth it. Would recommend Isleys to anyone needing quality plumbing work.
We had a great experience with Isley’s! They did a total replacement of our two units in our older home and took the time to not only make sure everything was up to code, but also ensured the layout was adjusted from the original to be more efficient. Professional from quote to completion and communicate well through the whole process. We would definitely recommend and use them again!
They quoted a price prior, then asked for $65 more when he arrived. I was promised two hours of work and he was only here at 40 minutes. I did not pay the extra money. He did do a good job cleaning out the dryer duct.

Plumber was polite and efficient. Arrived on time and tried to repair faucet but couldn't get it apart so recommended new faucet. I bought one at home depot and called for help installing it and he showed up within a couple of hours and he had the new faucet installed and working in short order. I'll definitely recommend Isley's to anyone needing plumbing help.
