I've been in property management for 20+ years and it's so frustrating trying to find a quality vendor that you can trust to get the job done quickly and professionally. Ground Zero has been a lifesaver for my 50+ year old property. Without them I wouldn't know what to do. The technicians are always polite, professional, knowledgeable and informative. I will never use anyone other than Ground Zero for my plumbing and AC needs! #GroundZeroForTheWin
Derek was the best! Ac unit went out and he came and diagnosed it. Just hoping insurance will replace our unit from our equipment breakdown coverage
Ground Zero was extremely helpful with everything I needed. Their technician Mike Dozal was extremely friendly and it was a pleasure doing business with him. I will definitely use Ground Zero again in the future. I’ve now been helped twice by Ground Zero, both plumbing and AC. And both times I’ve been met by professional and knowledgeable technicians. Most recently I was helped by Derek Franke, who was able to solve my AC issue quickly and correctly. I have no doubt I’ll be using GZ for the foreseeable future with AC and plumbing needs.

I am the Service Manager at a 130 unit community. Any issues with a/c or plumbing they are always there when I need them. The techs always go the extra mile and notify me of any other potential issues. Definitely recommend their services.
I recently had my house's air conditioning system replaced by Ground Zero, and unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience with their service. The project was marred by poor communication and unprofessional behavior from the technician assigned to the job. One of the major issues I encountered was the lack of effective communication from the Ground Zero team, the technician's constant interruptions for phone calls became increasingly disruptive. I had hoped for a smoother and more efficient process, but unfortunately, that was not the case with this particular service. Add 100°F to the equation and the fact that a 3 hour job became a 9 hour wait for the job to be completed and that’s obviously a super painful process.
I have had really good experiences with Ground Zero. Derek worked out the maintenence issue on my AC and saved me some money too. Very professional local company. I highly recommend them.
We needed a valve replacement in the kitchen as the existing valve was so corroded that a new dishwasher could not be installed until it was replaced. Called Ground Zero & came out next day for repair. Great service, clean install & fantastic experience! Ground Zero is the only company I call for any plumbing or AC needs!
I've been using this company for several services and I'm always pleased by the quality of work and professionalism I've experienced. Most recently, I had them come to for my annual A/C cleaning and inspection. As usual, I was impressed by the thoroughness of the process. The technician had a great personality, and a willingness to provide me with a significant amount of helpful tips. Unfortunately, an error was made during that process, and by the next morning my A/C was no longer cooling. The receptionist who tried to assist in rescheduling a service call (I think her name was Lana?) was exceptional. She was diligent in trying to get something scheduled that evening, and when that didn't work out you could tell she truly felt badly. I was not going to be available until the following evening, but the original technician came out early the next morning to see if the problem could be fixed externally. It could not, but the company made sure that a technician was available for when I got home. Brad arrived and quickly went to work. In what seemed like no time at all, he assessed the situation, found the error, and got us up and cooling once again. While I wish I hadn't had to deal with the extra stress, mistakes do happen. The commitment Ground Zero has for its customers was obvious and I continue to be impressed by the services they offer. Update: Once again, Ground Zero did not disappoint. I've used this company several times for plumbing, electrical and HVAC. When I realized my A/C was not cooling I called on a Sunday morning and they arranged for service technician to come and check it out that day. Fred, like all the rest of the techs I have met, was fantastic. Polite, pleasant, but most of all quickly determined the problem . I never feel like this company is trying to up-sell service. In fact, Fred went out of his way to check online for coupons to further reduce the cost (I knew about them but it was nice to see him consider this on his own) Ground Zero alw

I just had my free hot water heater flush as a benefit of my Hero Club Membership. Brandon was the technician that handled the service. He was polite, very efficient, and informative. I really appreciated the call I received from Ground Zero that he was on his way & Brandon’s professionalism while he was at my home!

4.7 ☆s. The service was performed in a timely manner and was completed the date it was promised. Derek made sure that the estimate price was held to and no additional charges were applied. The installation professionals were very intent on getting the job done fast and efficiently to the best standards available. The concern for getting the job done was evident in the expedient, rapid entry into the house and setup to get started on the job of removing old equipment and placing new equipment. The end result was a fully functional brand new unit and ductwork.
Chris was extremely professional, and very fast. He went even went the extra mile doing a little more than the job called for and all in record time. He’s very skilled and very good at his craft

We worked with Martine Dorn, technician, and he was super professional. He answered all our questions and took the time to explain thoroughly. Also, he resolved the problem quickly. It’s a great company to hire for their services. We are in the “Hero” program which offers additional benefits and discounts. You can’t go wrong with this company!

I had Mike D, as my technician. He did an amazing job. 5 hours of work that he probly didn't anticipate. But it was SO professional & thorough. I would recommend.
Todd the plumbing technician did an amazing job! He came with a smile on his face & an attitude that shows that he takes his job seriously & truly shows that he enjoys what he does. Overall amazing!!! Give this man a raise!
