What can I says about them other than they are amazing. Scot, Shaun and Joe have all helped me over the last 2 years in repairing a very old AC and than finally installing my brand new Trane AC last week. I now have American Cooling saved to my favorites on my cell and will not use anyone else.
$2,000-6000 cheaper than anyone else for a Trane AC heatpump install. Todd showed up when he said he would be here, and even followed up with a Nest thermostat issue that wasn't their fault. I will be recommending them to my friends and family.
Will never use this place again. Did not do the yearly service and did not finish work they were contracted to do by home warranty company. Pulled my thermostat off wall and I mean pulled it off not taking any care. Replaced it with a POS thermostat and it is now just hanging with the wires exposed. Will not return calls, text, or email. This place should never get any business.

Solid installation job with the most competitive pricing, highly recommend Scott at American cooling and heating. My first truly positive HVAC experience here in the Phoenix area. Straight shooters, no gimmick inducements or hyping of extra feature laden equipment. Todd's installation is top notch professional while maintaining a clean job site. I wish I came across this company ten years ago! While you could say an AC unit is a commodity, the process of installation is what defines the product. We found American Cooling and Heating to be direct, and honest about the price and process. The installer was the ultimate courteous, knowledgeable professional. I highly recommend them.
Fortunately, our unit went out in the winter and I had time to call around and get a couple of quotes. My last call was to Scott @ American cooling and heating. Scott gave me a quote over the phone $1500 less then the other quotes, with no pressure. Todd came out a couple of days later with a new unit and did a clean professional installation. The other companies I had quotes from were still calling me for a couple of weeks. I very rarely recommend anybody to friends and family, in case something goes wrong! I would recommend this company!
They are professional in every way, yet they are patient even though they are very busy. I was traveling overseas when they installed new air conditioning and heating systems, but they coordinated with tenants and did the job smoothly. They guaranteed for the best price, also.
After contacting several companies re a new a/c unit, I decided on American Cooling & Heating. They were pleasant, returned phone calls promptly, showed up early or on time, and worked hard to do the job right. They also gave me a very good price. Highly recommend.
After being in AZ for 7 years and being ripped off by multiple AC and Heating companies I finally found Scot Morgan and American Cooling and Heating. Replace two units on our house and saved us over $9,000. We have them at our business and home. Always great to deal with! Everybody should use them.

Wow, what great service and value. We were right in the middle of selling our home when the A/C went out. I called around and Scot gave us the best price and was able to come out within a week or so to get the job done. I am so grateful that we found him. They do great work and only offer the best products. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new A/C or HVAC system or repairs.

AC showed problems around 7PM on Saturday evening. I called Scott around 8 pm he called his tech Dave and Dave was at my home around 9pm. He fixed it by 10pm. That's fantastic! Great company. Give them a try!
Sean was on time, solid communication, did the job and we are cool again. Scot coordinated the installation and did everything the way he described. The best thing though was the price, lower than everyone else. Now I usually am suspicious about the low bid, but I'm a believer in this company. They apparently keep there overhead low, not like the guys in white uniforms. Their price was half of those guys!!! Half!! I can highly recommend this company.

Spoke with Scott on the phone, received immediate quote (which was never altered) after he had a chance to review, followed by a schedule date (next day!) should I decide to move forward. After that there was no pressure or sales tactics, just a straight-forward "here is what we can install at this particular cost, and here is when we can do it". The rest was up to me. The installers (Todd & Rick) showed up exactly as advised, did exactly what they said they would do, and completed the install as planned. They also took the time to help with reinstalling a faulty 2ndry breaker in my service panel which was identified during the power-up phase of the new unit, and they upgraded the new thermostat from a regular digital to a programmable digital before finishing. Note that the thermostat upgrade was a result of my miscommunication prior to the install, not anything that they did wrong. The upgrade took maybe all of ten minutes to swap one for the other. These guys were terrific, and I plan to make American Cooling & Heating will be my new "go to" A/C company!!
Joe was great! He was on time, called before to let us know he was on his way. He had our sweltering home cool again in no time. He explained all of the options to us!
My experience with American cooling and heating has been nothing but pleasant. I needed to get HVAC installed in a pinch on rental property and they provided the fastest service. The work was excellent and communication top notch and price affordable. Very responsive, quality work and professionals.
The entire process was outstanding. Very professional. They installed 2 new units ground and attic. Installers were on time, very considerate, did excellent work. Left the area clean. Pricing was very competitive. Would recommend them without hesitation.
