The guy was a little late getting to the residence, as he was stuck in traffic, not his fault. He came in and quickly diagnosed the issue. Unfortunately it couldn’t be completely fixed on this visit. We are waiting on parts and an estimate to fix it. He did get the residence cooled down and hopefully will get things fixed soon. The entire visit was polite and respectful. He kept us informed of everything that was going on.
AC Doctors are the best! My AC went out late in the afternoon on a Friday night. Luckily they had a technician in the area and got my capacitor replaced quickly and I was back with cool air within a few hours. Rafael was so kind and patient. He walked me through what was going on and answered all my questions before replacing the broken part! I can’t recommend this company enough!
I had two HVAC systems installed about 2 years ago. Since then AC Doctors has come back 20+ times to fix problems. Most of the issues have not been with the equipment itself, but their poor workmanship. Their ability to diagnose, repair, and test (if they test at all) is also poor. It often requires multiple trips to fix a problem correctly. Here is a sample of some of the problems: failed to replace the flexible gas lines at installation (explosion hazard specifically called out in the installation manual), installing the air handlers so close together that they severely restricted the air flow in the ducts, damaged the low voltage wiring, failing several times to get 2 stage cooling working properly, twice causing significant water damage to the ceiling because they failed to properly glue the PVC condensation line, gas leak in the pipe they installed (another explosion hazard)....

Dr Eduardo was great! It’s so nice not to have to worry about my air conditioning needs. I went with AC Doctors for a reason!

Gerardo took care of my service call. I have zero complaints. He was professional in every way. Clean and neat, very thorough in explaining what needed done and why. I won't lie, I dreaded calling an AC company having had some doozies in years past. But I was so impressed with AC Doctors that I signed up for their yearly maintenance contact. And for the record, I received no compensation of any kind for leaving a review.
Had our Air conditioner go out while we were packing our house. Sean came out on the fourth of July with a great attitude and fixed the issue within an hour. Very happy with his work and highly recommend this company to anyone with A/C needs.
Wow guys, If you are looking for a company you can trust and professionalism with a friendly vibe...you call the AC Doctors! From the moment you call for an appointment to getting solutions for your issue, even if it's just maintenance! A kind human answers the phone, they came out next day for us and even on the 4th of July! These guys are the full package, the real deal and they are all so kind and friendly. Any company can be knowledgeable about their service, but for our family, we love when another kind soul enters the home and can get the job done. Dallin was professional service with a smile. You can't possibly have a BETTER experience than to have D. Mahonri of AC Doctors work on your air conditioning! In the late evening, at the beginning of a holiday weekend, it quit on us. But within 3 hours, he was up on our roof fixing the darned thing IN THE DARK! He cleaned and replaced parts, and magically it worked again, and it wasn't even as expensive as we had feared! What a nice, talented guy who's willing to do these things, and kudos to AC Doctors for being so professional!

AC Doctors showed up on short notice on Sunday night. They were here within 3 hours of calling to request service. Anthony came quickly on Sunday. Super polite, knows his job, friendly and informative. Not even an extra weekend surcharge. This is definitely a company you will not regret calling. GREAT service all the way around.
So impressed with Sean! He gave me a courtesy call 25 minutes prior to his arrival, arrived during the time window promised, did a thorough inspection of my AC unit and made necessary repairs. Very professional with a warm personality.

Sean was great! On time, very friendly, efficient and fast. He diagnosed and fixed the issue with our split A/C unit in time for our Father's Day party the following day. He also did a quick maintenance check on our main A/C unit as a free courtesy just to ensure everything looked good. We'll definitely use AC Doctors again!
