If you have an AC problem- call these guys. They’ll get you squared away without any sneaky add-ons or nonsense. They fixed my 22 year old unit and only mentioned that it was time to start planning a replacement. They didn’t inundate me with sales blabber and scare tactics to replace my unit NOW NOW NOW! I’ve had such a positive experience there’s no way I’ll go with anybody else. When the time comes, they’ll be putting in the new system.

We went through our Home warranty Old Republic Home Services for someone to fix our refrigerator. Usually I am almost always disappointed with who they send out. Not this time. We had to have a new refrigerator fan installed that had to be ordered and I had no expectations as to when it would come in. They came out on a Tuesday and the fan was installed on a Friday. Great customer service from start to finish. Thank you and thanks to Daniel the service rep.

Placed an insurance work order for our AC. Daniel came our assessed out AC issues stated they would look into the parts needed and call us back. They decided not to take the job and didn’t bother to tell us. Instead emailed the insurance gave the insurance the excuse of a time constraint. When we called and stated we were okay with the 2 week time frame the person on the phone Mark informed us in actuality they did not want the job. Based on the on social media and google comments; This company seems to have a pattern of taking insurance service calls, collecting the service fee and not following through. Instead of beating around the bush they could have been straight forward. Now we have to go through the weekend with out AC.

Was referred by my home warranty to go with A-Quality. Although my experience was horrible, it was in no part the fault of A-Quality. It was all due to the unprofessionalism and incompetence of my home warranty company. In fact, A-Quality was extremely helpful and were the only part of this whole ordeal that was easy and efficient. They were extremely supportive and understanding of how bad the situation was. I am very grateful for their great service!

We called the company under our home warranty for an a non-functioning air conditioning system. Daniel not only didn't wear a mask, but marched into our home with a disrespectful attitude - and kept getting too close and in our personal space. The two problems we called about specifically were a loud clanging in the fan outside the home, and the temperature readout on the thermostat was very erratic and temperature climbing suddenly. My husband is recently retired and raised to be very courteous and respectful (FYI advise against this approach) Daniel picked up on this - and began texting my husband with instructions on how to fix the problems himself! Unbelievable right? Nothing is fixed - and based on Daniel’s authoritarian statement that it was completely fixed, paid him our $75 copay. Now he is saying that we need to start over (and PAY FOR a new work order!) to fix the exact same problem we reported in the first place. I have called the company office and they are nor responding. Hopefully my experience can save someone else

Bad service. No help. Did not get any service or fixing to damaged appliance, used insurance and payed 100$ out of pocket to have someone come by and do nothing. Very disappointing and waste of time and money. Go elsewhere if you need quality service. 👍

Well... Daniel was very professional as far as his demeanor and inspection... Mark was courteous as well on the phone... No complaints there... They came as part of a service call from the warranty company... I'm not happy that basically I shelled out the trade call fee (which I knew I would pay regardless) and he was here for 30 min or so and didn't do ANY work .. just inspected and said he would call the warranty company to see what they would authorize. I asked him to give us options to repair (between the basic repairs and all the way to the full exchange of the entire unit...) never got a call or the estimate of any.. I called and when I finally got Mark he basically said that the warranty company did not authorize the work and they were not interested in doing any work at my unit.. Pretty nice way of making 75 bucks in 30 min for going and taking a look at something and then saying they were not interested in doing the repairs not authorized by the warranty company... even though I said I would pay on my own for the repairs... I guess people that don't want to work don't find work. They may have good reviews.. but if a company says, thx but no thx we don't want your business you make your own mind. ** Update a few days later.... called the warranty company and they said that ALL work and contractors are pre-authorized to do any work up to $500 no questions asked (due to covid they have no way to pre-authorize)... basically this came up to them not wanting to do any work and pocketing $75 bucks for just writing a report.. Called another contractor (highly reviewed in google) and he came to re-inspect without me telling them anything about A Quality.. completely different scenario... NOTHING like what they said needed to be done. A Quality... Scam to keep the trade call fee without doing any work. ***Stay away or get someone else.*** ************************** Had the owner replied today... Placed a service request through my home warranty and a guy named Daniel came out to assess our refrigerator. He tried to enter the house wearing a gator mask (which is actually worse than no mask at all according to studies). He was offered a regular mask and scoffed at that but he wasn't allowed in without it. He said "I don't know what you are worried about," regarding covid. He was also offered shoe coverings which he also scoffed at. But they were a requirement to enter. He diagnosed the problem with the fridge and collected the 75$ service fee. Then we get an email saying that we have been assigned a new service provider by our home warranty company. Guess it rubbed Daniel the wrong way being asked to respect the health requirements of others when you are entering into their homes. Good riddance. Basic respect for the wishes of the homeowners is a basic tenet of a business that has to do work inside the homes of others.

My AC went out and they were not able to get me scheduled until the next day while temps were well over 100 degrees. The person I talked to on the phone seemed genuinely disappointed he couldn’t help me out same day. Later that day I received a call saying they would be able to fit me in late in the afternoon due to a cancellation. The repair was made quickly. The technician, Daniel, was super friendly, considering I was his last call of the day and he spent his day in excessive heat.

I would absolutely use this company again and would recommend them! I have read all the reviews and they are certainly all over the place. I'm a big reviews kind of person. I read multiple reviews before making a decision to use a company. I like the response from the company on the reviews and can read between the lines on the bad reviews. You can't make everyone happy and those that are really mad write horrible reviews. I was referred to A-Quality from a friend and called them to give me a quote on a new AC system. I asked a lot of questions and they were glad to help me make the right decision on the system. Price was a factor for me and their quote was very fair. Daniel and Mark showed up and were absolutely professional and genuinely friendly. I'm so happy with the whole process and with my new AC unit. I just referred them to help my 80+ year old aunt. They will be out to her home to install a new unit for her.
