I had a really great experience with this company. They were extremely professional when they came out to repair our AC system & made sure to communicate the status of the repair and what exactly had failed. 10/10, would recommend this company to anyone!

We used 480 Mechanical for our AC replacement. They did good work, were on time and followed up to check in after it was completed. We would use them again if we need to replace or repair an AC system in the future.
After almost 2 months of having no heat in my home and after 480 Mechanical came out and inspected the unit for the problem with not getting any heat. Plus as I stated below the tech wanted to charge my $380 to have a team come out that were more qualified to diagnose the issue, It has been fixed! It cost me $2 to fix the problem that 480 mechanical couldn’t find and wanted to charge me $380 + the service fee I paid of $70 = $450. The entire problem was a low voltage 5A fuse inside the unit! A FUSE! No wonder the tech looked “con-fused”! Another tech from another company fixed it via cell phone. He told me where to find the fuse and told me that was the problem and he was right! He did it for FREE! ** UPDATE TO PREVIOUS FEEDBACK BELOW ** The service tech that was sent out was a very nice guy and extremely personable however I felt that he lacked experience. I paid $70 for the service call on warranty work. There is a low voltage issue. However the tech looked confused and only wanted me to pay $380 to have someone else search for the wiring problem. I told the tech that I installed a new thermostat and that is where the problem is. If he could check the wiring into the thermostat? But he just stared at it confused. He said for an additional $380 they would have someone come and find the wiring issue. Reminder that this is warranty work. So my issue is still unresolved. I have no heat and no air in the coldest winter in AZ history

Excellent service Dominic and Artie were great to work with. The installation went great Raymond and Roy were fast and efficient and cleaned up everything after work was complete .Raymond even removed a snake for me that was under the old AC unit ewwww. I was impressed with everything. I highly recommend this company and will hand out there cards to anyone thats in need. Its hard to find trustworthy people these day, and they earned my trust. I've had some time to reflect since using 480 Mechanical. I am elated to have found such an organization! Dominic was my technician and provided an excellent customer service experience. He was extremely informative regarding all parts, innerworkings, diagnostics and more, the entire experience was very educational, actually. Turns out my A/C Motor was gone in my upstairs unit, Dominic had all the tools and parts on hand and got the job done that night, house is perfectly balanced again and the unit runs better than before it crashed. I would recommend 480 Mechanical to the closest of friends and family.
I used 480 mechanical for HVAC / AC for my commercial property. At first, I was not pleased because they set a 2 hour window but were a few minutes late. Here is why I am still giving them a 5 star. 1) When I texted them for ETA, they were responsive. I would suggest that in the future they let the customer know if they are running behind. 2) Dominic was very polite and knew what he was talking about. 3) Their review is "free" if they also provide service. 4) After the review, they were able to come back the next day to do the work. Overall I had a good experience with them and would use them again.
Prompt detailed work. Did a more thorough job than any one else I had hired before. Gave great advice and answered any question I had.
They requested a copy of my home inspection report prior to coming out to inspect the hvac, which I forwarded to them by email. Two days later, on the morning they were supposed to come out, I got a text saying my appointment was canceled because I didn't send the report. They didn't even call, just canceled. I got one of the managers on the phone who THEN decided to check her SPAM folder and found the email from me. If they would have called we could have cleared this up, but they didn't... just canceled and left me hanging when I was counting on them for this inspection. Horrible customer service. I had such high hopes after reading the reviews from other customers 😔
Dominic with 480 Mechanical came out on a Saturday on a 2 hour notice and fixed the problem the same day. Dominic was profession and thorough and the AC was back up running in no time. Highly recommend.
480 Mechanical was outstanding! Our HVAC system completely stopped working at about 4:30pm on a very hot June day! (YIKES) I called to schedule a service/inspection hoping someone would come out first thing the next day. THEY DID BETTER! Our technician arrived at 6:30 the VERY SAME NIGHT! What a life saver!! Dominic was polite, professional and exceeded expectation. He got our system working that same night. And luckily it was only a fuse that needed to be replaced and he came out the next day to replace that as well! Couldn't have been more pleased, and will definitely recommend to friends and real estate clients!
I was able to easily book appointment online and luckily they have next day service available. Out technician sent a text ahead of time with his eta and arrived when expected. The work was don't fast and we had working air again in no time. I will use 480 Mechanical again when the time arises.

The first time I used 480Mechanical, it had been a 118-degree day and at 9:00PM my AC stopped. I got on Angie's List and described my problem/emergency. From the time I entered my problem at the website, within a few minutes 480 Mechanical was on the phone with me. Within 30 minutes, the HVAC Tech Dominic was here. Dominic diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes. He came to the door and explained the problem and the cost. I was shocked at the small amount he quoted me. No emergency call charge. Just the charge for the broken part and a small charge for the installation of the part. Within 15 minutes of his arrival, the AC kicked back on and I was in coolness again. I have continued using 480Mechanical as they have found ways for me to save money on my electical bill and have devised ways for me to get the best use of my HVAC sytem. Always a pleaure to work with the company. I made known to my gated community about 480Mechanical and many continue to use 480Mechancal and they are all very pleased with the company and conue to use them. This is the one company I put all my faith in. For anything else in the house, I can't find anyone that is dependable.
We received a quick response and scheduled service within a few days. Dominic was very polite. He asked several questions and listened carefully to be able to diagnose the problem. Offered to wear shoe booties and cleaned up after himself. We could tell the difference in how the system was running a short time later. We would most definitely recommend this company.
