We Just bought a new house and was looking for a local plumber. One of my friends had used Shadrack plumbing so I decided to give them a try. So glad I did! We worked with Seth, he was very professional and explained everything he was going to do with a quote before he did the work. He did a great job and was very fair on the pricing. I would highly recommend the company and make sure you ask for Seth.
When I called was worried about A/C I got a quick appt. Same day PJ called confirmed he was on his way and early. He was professional and answered all my ? Will be first one I call for A/C and plumbing needs
A couple of weeks ago, I had multiple personal/household crises, capped off by my guest room toilet becoming a geyser. The toilet shut off valve was plastic and snapped off when I tried to close it, so my only recourse was to shut off the water to the house. So…no shower, no toilet flushing, no laundry. I called Shadrach and hoped they could schedule something within a day or two. To my amazement (and endless gratitude), they fit me in that very day! Louis was assigned, let me know when he was on his way, showed up on time and was incredibly kind as well as efficient and professional! They’ve gained a loyal customer and I will recommend them over and over and over again! Thanks guys!
Great Plumbing business…has a small family oriented atmosphere with a wide range of services…Louis was very responsive and detailed oriented. He presented several options regarding my water heater issue and went to great lengths to make matters right. I highly recommend Shadrach Plumbing for all types of plumbing services.
Shadrack did a great job! Strongly recommend using them for plumbing and cooling jobs. They are conveniently located in Fountain Hills. We used them to replace two AC units. The job was done ontime and they cleaned up everything. Great service!
Shadrach Plumbing and Cooling responded quickly for service. I received confirmations and notices about the service. Richard was prompt and professional and patiently answered all of my questions as well as explained the service being provided. They followed up after the service to ensure satisfaction.
Even though they were book solid, they were able to schedule us within 48 hours. We were able to isolate the leak, so it wasn't an emergency. They send texts when they are on the way. Josh was right on time and was able to quickly resolve our faulty pressure reducer and the leaking refrigerator supply line. Thanks, Shadrach Plumbing! P.S. Christine was really helpful, too!

We had our 20 year old air conditioners replaced and I can’t say enough good things about Shadrach! Josh was incredibly knowledgeable and honest throughout the process. He was present from beginning to end making sure everything went smoothly. Now we are ready for another hot Arizona summer!
Seth was on-time and very professional. He spent over 2 hours diagnosing a complex issue and despite additional time I was charged a very reasonable amount. I highly recommend.

Kane arrived promptly and quickly determined that my dishwasher was the cause of the plumbing leak under my kitchen faucet. Kane pulled the dishwasher out and then cleaned up the entire area, so I could have a new dishwasher installed the following day. Professional, efficient, and very fair price for the work performed.
