Desert Foothills installed 5 new HVAC & heating units in my home. Pricing was very competitive and the Carrier units they installed are top notch. Best of all, they are responsive, professional, accountable, trustworthy & do top quality work. I highly recommend Desert Foothills A/C and heating.

We love Desert Foothills AC & Heating. They installed a Carrier HVAC system in April 2022. They went above and beyond in fixing a specific issue with our home that impacted the new HVAC system. Prior to this install they serviced our old HVAC system and did a great job. They are highly recommended!
I cannot say enough good things about Desert Foothills Air Conditioning & Heating. We have used them for several years and all of our experiences have been positive. Yesterday afternoon one of our AC units appeared to have stopped working. I called around 1pm and maybe 90 minutes later they had someone at our door. He (Jason) diagnosed the problem, went to get the motor we needed, came back and had everything installed before dinner time. Jason is the technician who typically comes to our house and he's just the best - so knowledgeable, extremely competent, and very trustworthy.
Not fair to rate this company. I dont hate them.. when I called, they declined to come out.. There is a big boom in the ac mini split business. Yet, it's very hard to find a/c services for maintenance or repair. Too bad for Desert blah blah. Tru comfort came out and I gladly paid $$$ for the service. Thks Brad

Very appreciative for Ron going the extra mile to find a blower motor for my older unit. Took the time to do the job right, answer all my questions and I helped me with an air flow issue, unrelated to the repair. Exceptionally smart guy. This was the 2nd tech that has worked on my system and they both were great. Highly recommend Desert Foothills A/C & Heating!
We just moved into a home that had a dated HVAC system and the Desert Foothills Team (family) crushed it from start to finish. Provided a fair quote, timely response, and stellar execution. Highly recommend to anyone in North Phoenix!
This is a terrific business. They came out immediately to take care of our AC. Great value, great to work with, Ron was an awesome technician, and, of course, he was so kind even with the heat over 107 yesterday (114 on my car). WOW. Ron needs to be employee of the day!!
Had these guys replace the 15 year old units in my home. Professional, good pricing and even cleaned up after themselves. That might not sound like much but no one else seems to. I highly recommend them.
Wonderful company. Recommended by a well pleased friend. So happy I used them. I’m retired on a tight budget and they were in my price range. They came on time, wrote down everything needed, came back and fixed it. Now it’s working wonderfully! Very polite, answered all my questions and I’m grateful for their help! Excellent service and a quick response. Jon took my call around 3pm on a Friday. Shortly thereafter, James and another technician (I don't recall his name) showed up and saved the day. Both were very friendly, personable and very knowledgeable about their work. We learned a lot based on what they shared with us. We were very pleased with their service and pricing. We will be using them again for regular maintenance.
Jon was great. AC went out during the night. Called early the next morning (I could tell he was just getting to the office) after being told by several other places it would be the afternoon before someone could come take a look at the problem. Jon was there personally within 45 minutes and had the problem fixed soon after. What's more, he only told me what needed to be replaced to fix the problem (a capacitor, which was very reasonably priced I might add), without trying to sell me a new unit or other services I didn't need. He was never pushy and never acted like a salesman. He was truly a technician fixing a problem. Thanks Jon!
These guys were great. Our house was very uneven with regard to temps. Howard Air came out and told us we needed a whole new system, $8k+. These guys came out and suggested a few duct work changes for less than $400. Came back a week later, did the whole thing in 5 hours and the house has been perfect since. These guys are honest and I highly recommend them.
