XO HVAC Expert Services is a very professional company. They offer great customer service and they are very friendly. I had them come out to my house and they installed a new furnace and air conditioner. I'm very happy with the work that they did.

My air conditioning system broke down and stopped working all of a sudden. It was terribly hot day, and my baby really suffered from the hit. I called XO HVAC Expert Services Heating & Cooling begging them to arrive quickly, not for myself but for my baby. Even though they had plenty of work that day, because many ac system just crushed because of the hot weather, a technician arrived within 2 hours. He told me he came because of the baby, otherwise not at all sure he could come before tomorrow. He fixed the problem and saved my life.
They made sure not to make a mess and quickly found the issue being a dirty sensor and were able to clean the sensor and restore the heater in 30 minutes.. They cleaned up after the work and made sure the system was working well before they left.. We are very satisfied with the service..
Our AC unit needs some professional help.. It’s been freezing as in there is ice building on it and yet doesn’t cool our room as it does before.. Thanks to this company’s technicians it was well handled and I could not ask any better!

Great experience from start to finish. They came to our home to install the AC unit and was very professional, nice, and very friendly. They worked hard to get everything 100% done in one day and make sure to clean everything up afterwards. Highly recommended!
