Frank the technician came out quickly to my home in 111 degree heat to fix the air conditioning unit that failed overnight. He diagnosed and fixed the problem within 10 minutes and got me up and running. It has been my experience over the years that many times an air conditioning repair company will use the opportunity of repairing a unit, to immediately recommend replacing the AC . That did not happen in this case even though the unit was approaching the end of its estimated life. Great company to work with that I wholeheartedly recommend! They do what they say they are going to do.
We have been having issues with our AC that is only 2 years old. After going through two other companies wasting our time and money and our ac completely breaking. I found Autumn air heating & cooling. We were impressed by their service!! Taylor, the tech who came out was timely, professional and knowledgeable. He knew right away, after describing our issue, what the problem was and he literally had our ac up and running with in 30 mins. Very impressed! Highly recommend

Last night we came home to that dreaded moment, where you're hit with a wall of heat...our A/C went out. Too late to make anything happen that night, so first thing this morning we made the call to Autumn Air and within moments an appointment was set, scheduled and made for the same day. In a time where A/C units are going out left and right, extreme temps day after day with no repreive, Autumn Air was still able to get us in for same day service. Before arrival they sent a text letting us know who our technician is going to be and a picture. Upon arrival he was pleasant, kind and took well to my dogs. He went straight to work, we commented on our common interests of Jeeps and before I knew it, my air was back on and running cold. Payment process was easy and sent him on his way with a cold bottle of water. Great service! Thank you :)

This company is great! I’ve been with them for a few years now and they are professional and well priced. The office staff and the repair men are fantastic! I have had Autumn Air servicing my HVAC for years and used their service contract. They come in 2 times a year and saved $$$. They have great technicians who are professional and honest. I will continue to stay with Autumn Air.
Never had need for emergency Air Conditioning repair but this weekend I did and I'm sure glad I had Autumn Air on my side. Called in about 1:15pm spoke to Autumn the dispatcher and she listened to me as I described my situation . She got on it ASAP and arranged the emergency service call. In my anxiety I called back to see if we could better pinpoint arrival and that's what she did. She reached out to Taylor the tech on call and was able to narrow things down for me. Taylor reached out to me using servi tech I believe to show he was on the way where he was, and when he would be by me which was within two to three hours..not bad. Accurate on all counts. Taylor was great. Got here accessed the situation and in a matter of minutes found the problem. He pointed it out to me and clearly explained fully what the problem was. He fixed the unit just as fast as he detetmined the problem. Taylor was polite,caring professional. All in all Autumn and Taylor did a great job in taking care of my service needs digging me out of avery difficult situation. Thanks Autmn air, Taylor and Autumn Good job Sincerely Jason
Frank was great, showed up, got to work immediately and diagnosed the problem in less than 5 min. Answered all my questions and even checked a copper line I had concerns about. Didn't leave until I was satisfied and happy, excellent service. 100% recommend!!
Frank and his helper came yesterday to do their 6 month check up and they found some thing that needed to be replace,they replaced them before they went out. I highly recommend Autum Air for all your AC and Heating needs friendly staff and reasonable prices 👍
Taylor has been supporting our service for the past 2.5 years and has been fantastic! Always professional, on time, and helpful with various questions we may have. The company has been very responsive and supportive since I became a customer many years ago and when I upgraded my unit with them in 2021.
The best company in Avondale, AZ. From the time we called we were treated like a friend of family. It was after hours 9:30 pm and we were without a/c for 2 hours. The technician arrived less than an hour after we called. Frank was exceptional. He was very pleasant and professional . He immediately got to work and explained everything he was doing while determining where the problem was. He went into the attic and took photos of the pipe that needed unclogging and made sure we were clear on the repair and the cost before he started . He took care of it quickly and also replaced a capacitor on the unit outside . He was knowledgeable and confident in his approach and super helpful and quickly took care of all of our needs . I can't imagine what a different company might have charged us but the fee was very affordable and again the service provided was exceptional. If you need any air conditioning services choose Autum Air they are the best . Thank you Frank for a great job.
A/C went out, called for service at 6:30 pm, tech (Frank) was out by 7:20 pm unit repaired by 7:45 pm. Always fantastic, professional service from Autumn Air.
Autumn is a top-tier, locally owned shop that just does things right. Honest, friendly, really solid communication from front-end to Owner. Mike came out and was super friendly and informative. Gave honest feedback and showed me pictures of what I couldn’t see- and best of all, wasn’t pushy. Whoever you’re with now as your service provider- fire them. Hire Autumn.

Frank was very knowledgeable, professional and informative. He explained any issues we had with the system and didn’t try to up sell us on any unnecessary parts. It’s hard to find an honest AC company, but Autumn Air is legit! Highly recommend giving them a call for your air conditioning service.
