Today our project with Knik is completed. We almost had the whole works replaced with both our upgraded tankless water heater and our furnace. Everything from the initial thorough interview to the final details were done in a very professional manner. Even when we had adjustments done that needed to make sure everything was running smoothly and after normal work hours, they attended to them. They have a very respectful, informative and positive crew working for them. They pick up and left our house clean. We will now continue with their yearly service to maintain everything. I feel confident we are in good hands. Thank you to the Knik Heating staff!

James E. Smith was the most professional and pleasant technician I have worked with hands down. He listen to every problem there was and problem solved all of them. He did not rush and was incredibly patient and very task oriented.
Aidan was on time, doing a Sunday call for out boiler heat/water heater repair. Greatly satisfied and he cleaned up afterwards leaving us happy that we can shower again.
Stephen was the lead on installation of my heating /air cleaner system as well a ventilation and duct cleanings. He explained the process of each up front and after completion. Professional, pleasant, and personable are the best ways to describe him and teammate , Zack, on jobs well done. Highly recommended.

Our experience with Knik Heating has been wonderful. They are very responsive and helpful. We have used them to troubleshoot and solve plumbing problems, service our furnace/hot water heater, and for installation of a new hot water heater. Everyone is very kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Heat wasn’t blowing through my vents, so I called Knik Heating and from the very second he answered the phone to the time he left my home Aidan was awesome! I can’t thank him enough for his help. The issue was my air filter all along, but it was a huge piece of mind having him take a look and walk me through everything. He was very understanding and professional and provided me information I had no idea on. I highly recommend Aidan. I feel better and I have heat! Thank you again for coming over so fast literally right after I called. You’re the best!
Knik Heating provides professional service with quality and efficiency in mind. The annual maintenance contract features 24/7 response when the need arises. John is familiar with our system and is a very effective troubleshooter and problem solver. Sierra can quickly assess and determine priority of assignments as different customer needs arise. I’m pleased to have a long term working relationship with Knik Heating in Wasilla. 01/26/2023 It’s time to provide you with another review of all the outstanding work Knik Heating performed to repair and upgrade my outmoded heating system after experiencing a complete failure during November 2022. The failure was due to very specific parts upon which the entire heating system depended and were no longer available or manufactured. Alex Hanson diagnosed and planned a new and much improved system that was not as exotic as the old system and would have standard parts and very dependable parts available. He showed me his detailed plans and provided me with options. Please keep in mind that all heating lines in the home had to be drained in order to prevent a catastrophic freeze. Knik provided me with 6 space heaters and I turned on the gas fireplace to keep the home heated. Tyler and Nate installed the new system and continued to troubleshoot problems due to the contaminated water in the in-floor pex and base board piping. It was a huge job! The cost was very reasonable and parts are warranted for life because I’m a Gold level member. It’s been one year since completion of the project and the heating system works better than ever. Knik continues the 2 service calls a year and Aiden is now keeping tabs o the system. The front office with owner Pat Hall at the helm also has Sierra, Katherine and Kiera as the vital individuals who seamlessly bring crew and projects together. The technician was nice and diagnosed my issue with my garage heater. However, during his troubleshooting process he went to the thermostat and turned off the heat to my house. It was my wife and 5 month old daughter at home and I didn't get home until 4 hours later to see the heat was still turned off! Absolutely unacceptable.

I had a gentleman come out and look at my unit because I kept loosing hot water. This company said “nothing was wrong,” yet the problem continued. I went with Rock Solid who found there was a literal gas leak, the igniter was fried, which is why the hot water kept going out, the vent on unit 1 was caked in sediment residue, tanks on both units were visibly leaking. I honestly don’t think they even went into the unit or they would have seen the leak and the vent but I was indeed charged. I would recommend to save your money and invest with a company that possess a highly level of professionalism.
My experience was great! They did not come in as the lowest bid on our natural gas conversion project, but I trusted that they would provide me with the best service and quality work. They did not let me down! They did a great job with installing a new, high quality boiler system. There were a few glitches along the way with a big project like mine, but they were very responsive working through the issues and getting everything fine-tuned. I cannot recommend them highly enough. If quality workmanship, quality parts, honesty and responsiveness is important to you, you will not be disappointed.
Guy showed up a bit late and since I was off work for this service call it was OK. What was NOT Ok is that he had no intention of doing any work. Nope, not at all. Instead he took pictures, listened to my heating woes and left stating I would get a call with an estimate. All this for $145. I thought I was very clear about the work I wanted and had prepared his work area making it clean and accessible. I had no idea he was just there to take pictures and then ghost me. I want my money back as no services were rendered. And I am looking for an honest heating company I can rely on.
Kevin did an excellent job identifying the issue and also explaining what was repaired along with the cause. Added some down the road maintenance recommendations along with keeping an eye on possible faulty pump that is showing signs of wear. I’ll be requesting Kevin by name on future maintenance and repairs
