We have done business with Klebs Mechanical for over 25 years. They installed our furnace and gas water heater. They provided quick service to correct out latest issue with an old thermostat.this issue occurred during a cold spell that caused our home temperature to drop to low 50’s. The service was provided by professional repairmen. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.
As always Steve Tuttle did a great job for us. Steve repaired our leaking Di-Electric coupling on our hot water tank. Cleaned up the area and departed for his next assignment. Steve is a great employ for your business. Thank You, Roy Stoddard
We recently purchased a complicated home with multiple furnaces, boiler, glycol…Larry went through the house explaining each system and answered our many questions. He was extremely knowledgeable and experienced. We are confident that Klebs will service all our plumbing and heating needs in the future. The dispatcher, Jessie was friendly and professional. She understood our needs. She had me send a couple of photos so the plumber would have a better idea of our problem. The plumber communicated well letting us know when he was in the way. We had a set time and didn’t have to wait all day for the plumber to show up. We are so happy to have called Klebs!
They will get the job done, but the overall experience is more painful than a double root canal.
Reply to Klebs........I'm not sure what you mean by bullying and calling names, no name calling or bullying was ever done to any employee. But you just lost about $14,000. But thank you for not helping at all! I called to see where my guy was because I had an appointment at 1 and haven't heard anything. I called and talked to Jessie that already had an attitude. After I got off the phone with her she called the guy that was supposed to come out. Said I "cussed her out" and refused to come to the appointment I took time off work for. Way to treat your potential customers. Will never use them for anything!
I have nothing but great things to say about this company. We have the klebs care plan, which is phenomenal. We signed up after they installed our new water heaters and it has proved to be so beneficial. We had a pipe burst and they came out and fixed it right away, it was super affordable with the klebs care plan and I think they such a great resource for any home owner who doesn't know how to do these things themselves. David was the plumber who came, he was courteous, quick and professional. Everything was fixed right away. Thank you as always you guys! Editing my review because they have done even more for us. These guys are great! They just came out to do a gas fireplace inspection and it was so clean when they were done I almost thought they forgot to put the glass back on. Great company, exceptional service every time they have come out. I wish they were in Kenai too now that we have moved..

Klebs Mechanical was great! Had a number of plumbing issues that were repaired. They also installed a new kitchen sink and faucet. Did a great job and they left no mess for me to clean up. Steve and Aaron are considerate all around nice guys. Gus the little fog even likes them.
Klebs did a great job installing my new heater/water heater. No cost overruns, the work was done well and fast.
This is my first time using KLEBS Mechanical and they did a great job! I called them for a boiler problem (heat issues), their technician determined it wasn’t my boiler but due to wiring, it was a broken water heater. I was the last call of the day, so they showed up the next day to replace the water heater. They showed up on time, were respectful of my home, clean and thorough. John and John were hardworking and kind, even called me ma’am! My hot water works great; I really appreciate the exceptional service KLEBS.
These guys have been amazing in helping myself and my neighbors with our water leaks and other issues in this continuing wind storm! Very special thanks to Larry, Rob Nelson, and David! On top of their great work, they have also been kind and patient with this clueless single woman! I hope you all get a raise or bonus of some sort; you all deserve it!
