I highly recommend McCann Plumbing & Heating! Don was responsive, efficient, and professional! He answered all of my questions, completed additional repairs that I requested outside the original scope, and still finished the project ahead of schedule. The price of his work was reasonable and my new water heater is working great!
I have used McCann Plumbing & Heating services on multiple emergency occasions and always received quick assistance and resolution to the problem. This last visit, they replaced my whole outdated heater/boiler system to an upgraded, much more reliable system. They went above and beyond, addressing other noted concerns to ensure prime safety and functioning of the system as a whole. Very professional, easy to connect with and receive timely responses. I had an sudden leak in a water line in between the walls in my home. After calling numerous other plumbing contractors who were not available or wanted to charge exorbitant rates for an overtime call, I happened across McCann Plumbing's name and gave them a call. I'm so glad I did! Don was able to come to my house that afternoon and quickly fixed the problem. He was so pleasant to work with and obviously knows his stuff. I absolutely recommend him for any plumbing needs and will keep his number handy for the future. He was the hero of the day! Thank you Don!!
Service was awesome Don fixed our broiler at a moments notice. we were out of heat at -10 and he did everything in his power to get us up and running in an emergency situation.
We had frozen pipes and they were so helpful making sure our pipes did not burst. They were the only ones we called that stuck with us and helped us with what we needed. Everyone else was too busy to care. McCann was busy too but knew we needed the help and asked us a ton of questions to make sure we did not get into more trouble with burst pipes. Thanks McCann. We will work with you again next time we need a plumber!
After replacing a kitchen sink faucet my hot water stopped working. I called Don & described the symptoms & immediately he figured out my pipes were frozen & gave me step by step instructions to save them from bursting & get my hot water back! He saved me hundreds of dollars!!!
We woke up to a very warm house and called Don. He was involved on another job and suggested a few other names to call. Luckily he also suggested we call him back if we couldn’t find anyone. A couple hours later we called him again and he fit us in. Through conversation with my husband and a photo text they confirmed the issue and Don was able to bring the correct parts and replace the zone valve. A simple repair really, but we are very grateful for his professionalism and effort to fit us into his schedule.
Don was prompt and explained what he was doing. I needed a new garbage disposal and he had that on hand. I recommend him and will call on him again.
My water heater pilot light went out on a Sunday. McCann Plumbing walked my through the restart. I know it was busy for call backs for all businesses that day and McCann was the only one who took the time to help me. Thank you so much! I will be using McCann from no on.
Mr. McCann repaired my boiler heating system. He is professional, courteous and attentive to addressing the concerns I had about my boiler. I highly recommend him for the services he provides.
This is not the first time we have had McCann P&H out to our house, but just like the other times he was on time, and was fast and efficient. He quickly identified the problem, and explained it in terms I could understand. I highly recommend them!!
I have had Don at my house for many different issues over the past 15 years for plumbing and boiler needs. He has always been efficient, helpful, punctual and reasonably priced. If he is out of town or can't fit me in quickly he will refer another plumber who has always been able to help. I highly recommend Don and his company.

I have Angel at McCann Plumbing! His name is Don!!!! Having water issues, he called, talked me thru what to do, to stop anymore damage! Called every plumber in the book, no response. Then Don called not once, but twice and text. I call that exceptional service!
