I'm very happy I called Discount Mechanical! I called and they were able to get to me same day - thank goodness too, because my sewage pipe broke off and we had a lake of sewage under the house. Ew. Peter was very professional and very nice, and, above all, extremely fast at getting our sewer pipe hooked back up! He referred me to call a clean up company and they're coming out tomorrow (next day)! I'm very happy that this problem was taken care of quickly, since you don't really think about what a broken sewer pipe means.... you can't flush, you can't let water down the drain, anything! It was awful! I'll definitely be calling them again for future plumbing needs and asking for Peter specifically!!

I called Discount Mechanical recently to fix a leak under my kitchen sink and to possibly replace my garbage disposal. I was not expecting a same day response and was pleasantly surprised. From start to finish, Discount Mechanical was professional. From the time that I called to book the appointment to the time that the work was complete, it was an awesome experience. Abu was the technician that was dispatched to do the work and he was knowledgeable, professional and easy to talk to. It has been a long time that I have come across a technician like that. He cleaned up after himself and was very respectful. He explained things thoroughly and gave me time to think about my decision to replace my garbage disposal or not replace it. He didn’t rush me and I appreciate that. The price of all the work that was done was very reasonable and the work itself was done very well and clean. I would highly recommend this company and the technician.

Replaced our old water heater. Brought all required materials and were accurate in detail with the estimate. Checked applicable codes. Set up Muni inspection for the work. We will choose them again.

I was out of town and needed to someone to check on our rental unit that was not getting any heat. After calling a few places, I finally got a hold of Discount Mechanical. They were able to make it out the same day (within 3 hours of our call) and solve the problem. Great service and greatly appreciated!

I've used discount mechanical for many years and have never been disappointed with their work.
The service tech came within the time that was scheduled. Tech starts off that he’s unhappy that he’s been assigned a sink as he likes inspecting heating systems. Right away I could tell that I got the greenest service person on their line. While I fully explained what I needed done to the dispatcher when I made the call all that seems to be reported was sink leaks. Tech was more concerned on how to charge me and how much to charge. Yes everything under sink was tightened and documented. Would I use them again? They won’t be a company I’d recommend
