We are returning clients and have used Discount Mechanical several times for different services. They are and have always been professional. Every time they have come during the scheduled hours, their technicians are knowledgeable and friendly. Their prices are great for the services and quality of work they provide. The office has provided great customer service every time we have called to be scheduled, pay or had a question. We highly recommend Discount Mechanical.
The service technicians kept me informed throughout the process. They showed promptly and were very helpful by explaining the process which allowed me to understand what was going on. They kept things neat and tidy and left the area better than they found it. The boiler install went quite well and I’ve had no issues at all. I have Discount Mechanical several times since then for other items.

If is was possible to give zero stars, I would. they were dispatched through my home warranty to fix leaking faucets. 3 months later they were finally supposed to fix them, got a call the night before because they were looking for payment information, then when I explained for the umteenth time that this was warranty, they said they couldn’t do it without us paying out of pocket, even though they had already billed the warranty company for repairs that they haven’t done. They are a scam, and I couldn’t recommend them any less. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy
This place is about the business, they are on time and knowledgeable and if they can't help you I believe you might need to get a total replacement of a system because hey they can fix just about anything.
Hands down the best service in town.
