Tom was very professional and got the job done in a timely manner. He was very informative and knowledgeable.
Demetrius serviced our heating system and air conditioning system. He was very knowledgeable about both systems and I appreciated his thoroughness in making sure both systems were in perfect working condition. He was very personable and I could tell he really likes what he does for a living. Diamond Heating and Air Temp have installed a heater, air conditioner and tankless water heater and have been thoroughly satisfied with the installation and servicing. You cannot go wrong selecting this company to perform any of the services they provide.
As expected the Diamond guys showed up as promised and did very professional work. I have used these guys several occasions at my home and when I was working referred to my real estate clients
The tech Tyler was nice but seemed to be in a hurry to complete the job and leave. I was assured by him he had fixed the problem and replaced the PPV valve along with the routine maintenance. Right after he left I went to Wasilla Fred Meyer to pick up my son's prescription and he was hanging out in his van in the parking lot by wing street. I'm not trying to stir the pot here but we pay a lot of money to maintain this system so it is working correctly during the winter and I feel almost $900 was wasted since my boiler is still leaking. Everything is expensive these days and if someone is going to perform repairs and maintenance it needs to be done right. Our heating system is new and should not be having these issues. I use Diamond to perform maintenance and repairs since they are the company who installed it.

Albert was my technician who performed routine maintenance and cleaning on my forced air furnace and water heater. Showed up on-time, performed the required maintenance efficiently yet still effective, was friendly and a true professional. Highly recommend Diamond for any heating need. They also have transparent pricing and communicate clearly the set costs before the work is performed. Ask for Albert he was fantastic!

Had a technician, Tyler, come out to service my gas furnace, garage heater, and water heater. Was on-time, knowledgeable and professional. Identified a leak in one of the fittings for my water heater and came up with an effective solution to repair it that saved me money and him time. I would definitely have him back out here again.

I had an 8:30am appointment and their technician was on time. He cleaned/vacuumed the furnace. Replaced 2 filters and showed me how to do it. Then we talked about when we can replace furnace and hot water heater and alternate type of hot water heater.

Returning home from a trip out of town, I found that my home water heater had leaked and was no longer heating the water. I called the after hours service and setup a call back. The next day I was able to arrange for the service technician visit. He (Demetrius) was very knowledgeable and made the necessary repair. Great job!!!
Sep 2022, 50 year old cast iron boiler started acting up. Joe came out and provided me with quotes for a few different brands and in various configurations. I opted for high efficiency IBC unit. April 2023, called to make installation appointment and found the current price went down, not up! Even with current inflation! Utilized their interest-free financing through Wells Fargo. May 2023, Justin and Brandon replaced the boiler, hot water heater and garage heater with new units. The original quote was for 4 days and that's what it took, even though one of them was called away a couple times. They did a fantastic job. Happy with the quality of their workmanship and attention to detail. Very professional and easy to get along with. They answered all my questions, addressed any concerns. They also accommodated a couple extra request items during the installation. With IBC's 10-year Parts and Labor warranty and with Diamond Heating / Airtemp Alaska set to come out annually to do the inspection & servicing, I'm expecting this new system should run well and last for a very long time to come. I'd give them a 9.9. They'd get a 10 as soon as they add Ernie to their crew's "Our Team" website! 🙂 Here are some photos showing progress during the installation.
This isn’t about the company, but how one of their employees helped me. My vehicle was stalled on the road, blocking traffic. One of their employees walked over and helped pushed my park into a nearby parking lot. So I’m very grateful for his help, and will use Dimond Heating in the future over a different company.
