Had a guy came and took a look at my Furnance cause the furnace kept tripping itself to turn off and the guy came and took a look and told me it's my fans cause its dirty, so he clean the fans and ran it and it runs good. Then a day later it was doing same thing and so I went and got second opinion and found out I was having CO poisoning cause there was a leak/crack in my heat exchanger and its causing it to trip and shut off. If I'm paying someone to check what's going on, should at least do a full diagnose on my furnance. Also the guy came with just a drill and no other tools. The thing I was most upsetting is my family was getting CO poisoning this whole time, then called the Denali to complain and they came back and check free of charge and YES CO POISONING cause of a leak/crack in the heat exchanger.

Our furnace was having issues, we really needed it to be looked at to see what the problem was and one of the EMERGENCY workers who work when the main office is closed came to our house the Afternoon of Christmas EVE and was able to fix the issue on our furnace. 10/10 we will call again when we need HVAC repairs or troubleshooting!

I talked to one of the person. And he keeps on telling me that i should just call the company that just messed up our diagnosis twice. I asked for a recommendation but instead of getting a good recommendation. He just told me that all the companies that are certified can do the job. Really rude. Supper disappointed. And he even told me 'good luck' with a rude tone at the end.

Ben from Denali HVAC did a stellar job! He knew exactly what to do, was eloquent in his explainations, and worked diligently and efficiently. Ben replaced all my old plumbing with PEX in the entire home fixed a serious leak under my water heater, and installed an outdoor hose bib in less than 8 hours. Thoroughly impressed and appropriately priced.

I went to check on my parents home while they were vacationing. I noticed it was freezing cold. It was Saturday afternoon and I placed a call to the emergency hotline. When I spoke with Brian is said he was 10 mins away and could meet me there at anytime. Brian was able to diagnose and fix the problem within 10 minutes (bad thermocouple). They serviced the HVAC system the month prior and provided this service and weekend call out at N/C. Thank you for the excellent and prompt service!

Showed up to our place to fix the dripping, claimed it was fixed... charged us $250, and left... We noticed it was squirting and it was further damaged. Called them back to get an "Oh well" response, can't fix corroded pipes." Yet he can charge us! What kind of business is that? Failure to realize they are responsible for the well being of the household when they leave families in dangerous situations w a damaged boiler. Today I gave away $250 to people that did not have the best interest of my family in mind. Bad business. Turns out the guy cross threaded the nipple that goes into the exchanger. No more boiler! Out $5,250! Do not trust their work!
