Ker was great! He fixed our boiler in no time and knew what was wrong on first visit. He bought the part and got it fixed within a week, could have been same day if Alaska have the parts for Burnhams. Thanks!

This company is a joke!! Worse plumbing and heating company in Anchorage starting with the office lady and following through with the "technician".

I never received the quote that I paid $80 for. Just use someone else. Most other companies don’t charge for quotes anyway

Pam needs to be FIRED!!! She’s the worst employee that they have, she needs to go back and learn about customer service & or apply with mcdonalds. She answers the phone and responds to clients like she’s order taking at a fast food restaurant. I can’t with her and I hope she gets terminated soon. Bad reputation for the company.

Tried to get an idea of what a relatively simple plumbing job would cost, and was told that that information was not given out. Asking for an estimate would cost 89$. No other plumber seems to have trouble giving out basic price information over the phone.

Pam in the front office is awful. The plumber who came out last time did a great job. But Pam needs to be fired.

Over priced for the job. $350 for switching out a faucet? That's ridiculous. Avoid the company as they are over priced for a simple service. I will say that the plumber was respectful, and well versed in his field

If you could give this place zero stars I would...I stayed home all day waiting for them, only to be called by my landlord to say they weren't coming and the excuse was they had an emergency come up... you don't bump someone with an appointment when its not fully even winter in Alaska and say its because someone else has an emergency..so when my furnaces go out because you didn't do your job in the first place, I'm supposed to be ok with it because you made a choice to make more money instead of keep your schedule...how about you hire enough staff during the winter to cover the emergencies and the not emergencies yet as well...this company is unprofessional and lacks compassion for people who waste their time on them...DONT WASTE TIME OR MONEY ON THEM...

It was -17 and the pipes in my garage froze and then had water leaking from all over. I was finally was able to shut off the water. I live alone and it was late when I called Alcota. A technician was going to come out but he developed car problems but kept me informed the entire time. He promised someone would be out first thing in the morning and they sent Scott out as promised. He did a great job and went above and beyond fixing the problem. He had to crawl in to little spaces and climb over my riding mower. I live in Peters Creek and was not hassled about the distance. I would highly recommend Alcota for your plumbing needs. They are reliable and get the job done for a reasonable price. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

Waste of money. Guy had no experience. Told me he didn't even have the tools with him to try and replace the thermostat to see if that's what the problem was. He just guessed that's why the heat wasn't working. I ran to buy a thermostat and replaced it myself and that didn't work..so i paid $125 for someone to basically show up and leave. Now I have to pay another plumbing company to come try in fix it and I've already lost $150 with nothing to show for.
