Very professional at a great price.
2 Years ago i had him change out my upstairs AC. It took a while and they had some problems getting it in, but eventually they got it in and working. A few weeks after had some issues which he came and fixed. A year later had issues with freon leak and he came out again multiple times and supposedly fixed the issue. Now again this year i go to turn on my AC and absolutely no cold air. I have been calling, texting, emailing, for two weeks and no response. Nothing but issues since i decided to use him. I guess I am going to give up and have some competent come fix my AC.
The guy that owns this company is named Chris he has 30+ years experience, and does a great job that is professional and cost-efficient. He will do just about any HVAC work he is license bonded and insured. he also has an, A+ rating with the B.B.B. .
Please do not make the same mistake that I did. Call another company! Chris does not show up on time, quality of work sucks, and I really think that he does not know what he is doing..
Best Air Conditioning man in Jefferson County, Alabama. He stayed and fixed it for the best price! I forgot to turn my heater on. Thanks Chris
Not happy, happy, happy..... Called Chris around 9am and told me to text him my address. Didn't hear from him for three hours and sent him another text to see if he can make it today. Told me to turn on the fan or heat to defrost the pipes and he will be at my house 3:45pm... inside the house is around 98 degree in middle of May and I called him around 4:30pm to see where he was. He blamed it on one of his workers when he told me earlier that he was coming himself. He said he will be calling me in 5 minutes, 40 minutes later I called him and told him not to come. Called One Source Air and they showed up in less than an hour at half the price.... I don't trust anyone who can't keep his word. They maybe the best in business but not dependable to show up as promised.
We called Premier Air after looking at several reviews online and they did not disappoint! This company was very proficient and did a great job. They fixed our air conditioning in a timely manner and at a very reasonable price. We highly recommend Chris Thompson and his team. Give them a call for all your air conditioning needs!
Chris at Premier Air has been to our house on more than one occasion and he never disappoints! I came home yesterday to find that our AC was out on the hottest day of the year thus far in B'ham. Not to mention that my husband was out of town and we have a 6 month old baby. I called Chris and he was able to come out to my house at 8pm and fix the unit within 30 minutes! We are so grateful to him for making the last minute, late night trip after what I am sure was a busy day. Chris is our go-to guy for repairs as well as maintenance!
Great experience with this company! I appreciate that Chris was willing to trouble-shoot with me since I'm a DIYer. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and his rates are the most reasonable that I have found in this area. I highly recommend Premier Air, LLC.

It was a Saturday....I called around, Everyone else wanted anywhere from $95 to $150 just to look at my A.C. I explained what it was he said he could fix it for $175 End up I got it for $165 It took him no time and he had the capacitor on and off. He had a great attitude. I would recommend Premier Air, LLC To ANYONE. :)
Having problem with my air conditioning . I called Premier Air , Chris Thompson came to my house within 40 minutes later . He tested my AC and learned that , I have to replace a new AC . He quote me a reable price for AC unit and labors . Chris Thompson and his crew doing a very satified job. I am very pleased and highly recommend Premier Air to all of you .
I couldn’t be more pleased with Premier Air, LLC. In 2012, my office A/C went out and I called several places for price quotes. Premier Air had the lowest quote, and I was impressed with their professionalism, so I had them replace the unit. We had a few problems caused by pre-existing old circuit breakers and my old furnace (not Premier Air’s fault), and Premier Air worked through them patiently and professionally. I will absolutely go to Premier Air for any future heating and cooling needs, and I highly recommend them to anyone else.
I had a wonderful experience with Premier Air. It was a SATURDAY MORNING when we woke up to a HOT house. I called Chris and he said he would call me back in 10min. because he had a full day, but he would try to work me in. He called me back in 10min. just like he said and was at my house within 45min. of my first call. He worked fast and did his best to save us the most money. I will definitely call him again for all my AC needs. VERY PLEASED!!!!
I called another A/C company and it took forever for them to get back with me. I called Chris with Premier Air and he returned my call the same day! He made an appointment which he promptly kept and serviced my A/C. Turns out all I needed was Freon!! He was very fair on price and my house was cool again in no time!! I recently had problems with my air conditioning. I searched online for local AC companies. I chose Premier Air. They came out within the hour and had my AC going quickly. The owner, Chris, was very knowledgeable and explained my problem to me in a way that I could understand. The price was very reasonable unlike some the the bigger companies. I highly recommend them.
