When you get to my age you experienced many contractors. Shane the owner, Gipson Heating & Air, has a first rate staff. They go above your expectations and listen to you. Joey , your technician, did a great job. You have my business (commercial and Residential) as long as I live. Thank You!!!
I called Gipson Heating & Air Conditioning company on Friday to schedule an appointment for an estimate for installation of a new AC. Anthony came the next day on Saturday, and scheduled next Wednesday (8/11/2021) to install. Dawson and Clay came to install the new unit, they are polite and skillful young men, worked very quiet and thoroughly, they spent 6 hours, worked at the hot attic without taking any break, they even skipped their lunch until the work done. I appreciated their hard work and positive attitude. Also, they serviced my the other AC units, I never saw such a detailed maintenance before. Their price is higher but includes the Fall season Heating system service, I’m happy to have them to do the maintenance for my AC & Heating system. Thank you for your service.

I reached out to Gipson heating after calling another company who lied and did not come out . From the phone call to the repairman coming out I was made to feel as if I was a priority , they were very courteous and prompt but over all their honesty and thorough communication is what sold me ! The repairman took the time to explain everything , I was able to make a choice , wow he could have just done a minor repair and made a major profit but he gave me options and that speaks volumes ! They will continue to be my go to for all of my heating needs !

Doing renovations on a 36 year old home and living in the house isn’t recommended. One bright spot was doing business with Gipson Heating/Air. I got several quotes for a new unit, but when the owner of Gipson came out, that sealed the deal. Their quote was also the most competitive. After arranging a date, Anthony and his crew arrived for the install. Because of work, I handed over the key for them to begin their work. Anthony kept me updated thru-out the day with progress and photos of the work. Very friendly professional people, from owner, office, to technicians. Unit is great. This was the easiest renovation so far! I highly recommend.
They did a great job. They were here in less than 24hours after receiving my work order. Not having AC in this heat is dangerous and frustrating. Mark did a great job.
Came on a very short notice (2hour notice) on a Friday. The technician that came out found the issue within a few minutes and repaired it in less than an hour. The dispatcher was also very helpful and checked with all Technicians to see if they could come by on short notice. Definitely recommend them for A_/C issues.
We had Gibson come out and clean our ac unit. We had a small issue after they left. We called them and they came right back out. Great customer service. Owners were very nice. We will continue to use them and suggest u do as well.
Called for maintenance, prices fair and techs spent reasonable amount of time inspecting and cleaning my system.
My wife and I returned after a week's vacation to find that our ac was out. We delt with it the first night as it was too late to do anything about it. The next day my wife began searching for contractors to come repair the system. We spoke to several highly rate businesses all of whom were either rude or couldn't get to us for days. Enter Gipson. The owner of the company answers my wife's call and uses his own name (Shane) not the company name, very personable. My wife describes our predicament, this conversation taking place around 10am, Shane says that while they are a small operation and have appointments booked all day, he would not end his day until we had ac back. Shane was true to his word, by 5pm 2 technicians were at our house and working, while other companies gave us hassle about having to speak to our home warranty company, Gipson showed no hesitation to do what was necessary for us. Fast efficient service and a very honest and detailed approach about the work that was being done. The repairs cost way less than we anticipated and they went the extra mile to install a simple cheap fix to avoid this issue in the future. We jumped at the opportunity to sign up for the yearly maintenance program which is exceedingly affordable. I decided even of we didn't need the service I was going to pay for it because this is the type of business that deserves to succeed! Thank you Gipson, we are life long customers now!
Gipson Heating and Air is top of the line in HVAC expertise. Gipson came out and serviced my very old HVAC System and did an excellent job for me. They even explained which items were marginal in my system,which for me was something other Companies usually will not provide. They provided a detailed Invoice and cleaned up the work area even better than it was when they arrived. Great Service,Professional, High Quality,Responsive and onetime.....Their communication skills were excellent and last but not least....price was exceptionally reasonable. On another Service call…. Anthony came out and solved a high water pressure issue for me. Anthony was good to work with. He installed a new Water Pressure Control Valve and even followed up with a phone call later that day to make sure everything was ok. …. Service provided by Anthony and Gipson Heating and Air is superior to other companies I have used.
Businesses like this are hard to come by these days! The owner came out and repaired our AC within 30mins of calling for repair. One of the most honest, stand up guys, very professional as well as informative. He did not rush through he took his time and got down to the bottom of the issue we were having with our AC. He went above and beyond! Very professional and cleaned up after himself even though I insisted I could move some items in the yard back into place. Can’t say enough good things about this guy! He is greatly appreciated! My AC is back up and running and he did an outstanding job! If you want a company that will treat you as if you are family this is the place to call! Shane and his team are absolutely incredible! They spent an entire day correcting mistakes that a previous contractor had made. Some of the work they did included: rebuilding duct work (that was previous leaking air into the attic), they raised the furnace, strapped up the indoor coil, put in a new supply run, and fixed all of my vents (that were previously blowing backwards). I had the air running constantly for the past few weeks and it was not getting below 78 degrees. It is now down to 67 degrees in just a couple of hours! They were very professional, detail oriented, and clean! They went above and beyond for me an exceeded all expectations! I will give them a 10/10 and will recommend them to all of my clients/ friends.
Cannot highly enough recommend Shane Gipson and his team. They’re responsive, creative, trustworthy, and extremely professional. I feel very fortunate to have their help managing my home.

Outstanding service and very knowledgeable - so grateful to have found a reliable, honest company that is willing to fix existing units instead of pressuring customers to purchase new ones. We will be using Gipson exclusively from now on & when we’re ready to purchase new units they will be the ones to install them. A big thank you for also going above and beyond by relocating the king snake for us that was hanging out by the units!
