Cody and the Perfect Service team were responsive and professional.
In record heat, and on a weekend, our HVAV stopped blowing cold air. The Perfect Service technician, Chris, stayed on the job until after midnight and fixed the HVAC. Highly recommend!

My technician Chris "Bo", was extremely professional. His greeting was very nice and he never entered the house without shoe covers. He explained what he was going to do and after he finished, explained what he did and he did not rush through the service call. I was most satisfied with his work.
Perfect Service came highly recommended and had great reviews last year when we were searching for a heating/air service company. After their first visit to us, we realized why and signed a continued service contract! Jesse Costlow has been our technician for both visits so far. He is right on time, knowledgeable, informative, thorough, doesn't try to sell you things you don't need, considerate, and pleasant to talk with.... (even when our Great Dane was utterly fascinated with his paper shoe covers!) Cudos, Jesse! Glad we got our service before this 100° heat snap!

The crew that serviced my unit recently, Tyler and Scott were very thorough and helpful in finding solutions to ensure that I get the best and most use of my unit. I went with this company because they said they could get it in that night. They did that. But now every year I have to deal with a salesman coming out and trying to scare my tenants into more services telling them that there is “bacterial growth” in the ducts. Pretty much telling them mold with out saying mold. The ducts are only two yes old and practically new themselves. So unless you just want to deal with salesman, trying to scare you in to spending money and not being honest, do not go with this company.
Thomas I. Is the “Best Technician I have ever had the pleasure of meeting.” Perfect Heating & Air Conditioning did itself proud by hiring this professional and highly educated gentleman. My air conditioning unit stopped cooling. He explained everything he was doing and why. Fixed only what was necessary. Very respectful of the property. Reasonable repair bill.
Service man arrived during the set time slot. He checked system completely and went out of his way to make sure everything was clean and left in perfect operating order.

I call Perfect Service to maintenance a unit in my home .The person I spoke with was so understanding to my needs Irish was his name. Kobi came out fix my problems cause I had a couple of issues with my unit didn't charge me a arm and leg to fix my unit now it cold and I'm so 😊 .Thanks Perfect Service Heating and Air.
