Jolly was absolutely fantastic to work with. They were polite on the phone when I called with our issue of having no a/c with a baby and older dog in the home. Travis came out for an after-hours appointment and took the time to find the problem. This even meant taking an additional trip back to the shop for a part. I'm so grateful for their work, and our family will be using them in the future.
We were away on vacation when the family checking on our house said our house was warm. Checked the thermostat via our app (thank you technology), and it was roasting. Called Jolly Heating and Air, and they had a technician out very quickly! They solved our problem from hundreds of miles away, and we couldn’t be more thankful!
Jolly responded right away for a weekend service call when my air conditioning was not working. They were here within an hour to check it out and replace the capacitor and let my know my filters needed replacing. It’s cooler right away and I am very pleased with the service given to me by Travis.
Technician was very knowledgeable about the problem and fixed it . I am very grateful and he was so nice and professional! I will use this service in the future!

The technician gave me an estimate on installing gas fire logs. I. Had contacted 2 others Plumbing companies. One never returned my call and 2nd one said tech woul be their, never showed up. JOLLY had excellent tech. Told me exactly how he will do it, after checking system out. On time, professional, polite, easy to understand his process.

Very responsive, quick to schedule, and professional! We had quite a tricky diagnosis and they were very thorough in explaining what was going on and was able to repair quickly & efficiently!
We never had a gas fireplace and after a year of living here we figured we should have it cleaned and learn how to use. Other than some dust on the pilot, everything was in good shape and Russ/Brandon showed us how to use it. They were both very professional and it was a pleasure meeting them.
Jolly provided another outstanding customer experience! Our heating system stopped working right before the holidays and right before a major cold snap. I was able to schedule a service call quickly, the technician arrived exactly within the timeframe they were scheduled to arrive, and quickly diagnosed and corrected the problem. Had a whole new system installed the day after our initial maintenance check. The whole team - from the front office staff to the technicians who replaced it to the manager who came to check their work - was fantastic. The technicians worked hard all day long, were very professional, and got us fixed up before a cold snap. We trust Jolly to be honest, thorough, and professional.

The technicians quickly found the cause of a leak from my air conditioner and immediately fixed the problem. They explained clearly what they were doing. They were very courteous and were a pleasure to work with. I wish I had known about Jolly Heating and Air Conditioning earlier; I am so glad to have found this company.
