Terrible customer service ...2 days was without hot water....

Very professional, personable and quick to respond. Our air went out when it was 90 degrees and I have 2 kids. He was quick to respond and fix our problem. We will never call anyone else!
Do not use, this is a cell number. He does not finish work or honor warranty. This business is CLOSED, go look for yourself. Look on Facebook and with BBB if you think about calling this person, they lie, not honest at all, and will leave you hanging. I am looking for another HAVC company to come fix the work he did not finish and repair what he missed up, because he will not respond to text or phone calls. You have been warned..

Great guys at Simple Comfort !!! I called late and they came right out & got the A/C up and going. I can't thank them enough for all they do to keep us cool in this Alabama heat !!!
My AC unit decided to stop running over night and after hearing recommendations I reached out and got same day service. Very professional and willing to answer any questions I had. The problem ended up being a leak in the unit and all my freon had leaked out. After fixing the leak, cleaning the unit and refilling the freon, I was good to go. They even followed up to make sure my AC was still working to satisfaction. Highly recommend and will definitely be reaching out for future maintenance.
Great experience!!! Called and they were able to be at my house in right around a hour! As soon as I described the issue he knew right where to go and had us back up and running in 5-10 mins. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and serviced. We will be calling them back for all service and issues in the future. Love that we can support a Moody based company too!
Exellcent service!! Friendly & Helpful. Air stopped working on a Sunday, they came from Moody to Lincoln and had it working in no time. Will definitely use for all our heating and cooling needs!! A big Thank You and War Eagle!
I had an emergency happen on a Saturday. I reached out that day. I was able to immediately get someone. We scheduled the time for 3pm that same day. Once out to my house, the problem was fixed within 15 minutes. Richie was prompt and service was excellent. The pricing was quite reasonable too- especially for a weekend service! I found a regular AC service and recommend greatly.
Awesome experience! Called them on a Sunday night and he was out within the hour. Explains what he’s doing while troubleshooting the issue. Had me up and running in 15 minutes. Thanks again, will definitely be recommending him to others.
Great, fast, reliable service!!! Richey followed up to let me know when he would be on his way. Also, he came out after normal hours (9:30pm) and did NOT upcharge us!! He charged us the regular rate of $69. I attempted to call other service providers, but charged a minimum of $200 for an “emergency” or after hour service! He took care of our issue and got our unit running up in no time!!! Thanks so much!

I was pleased with the level of service I received. I was well taken care of and have no doubt that he was honest about my issue because he showed me what was going on with my system. I have no complaints at all. I would definitely recommend Simple Comfort to anybody with an HVAC problem. It’s great to find a company who cares about solving their customers problems like this. I’ve been in customer service for a couple decades, and am gladly recommending Simple Comfort.

Great company and great customer service! I will recommend this company to everyone! With in a hour he was at my house and and my air conditioning running in no time.
Our air went out and was on a companies schedule to come out 2 days after we called to get it looked at. It's the middle of July and is unbearably hot out so I went to go take a look at it and found that the condenser motor was burnt out. I called the scheduled company back and asked them if they could have their service guy bring a replacement motor out because I know the one on there is bad. She was somewhat rude to me and told me that they don't go by other peoples diagnoses they have to send someone out, diagnose it, come back and fill out the paperwork, order the part, get the part in, and then they would schedule someone to come out when they could to fix it. I asked how long does that take, she just told me it will depend on how busy we are. I didn't like that answer or the waste of time of not listening to the customer when their told the fan doesn't spin hardly and the motor is seized. I'm no genius but if something that is suppose to spin easily doesn't, to me that's a sign the part is bad. Well, we called simple comfort (we are local) in the early afternoon and explained to them what was happening and what I thought was wrong, they said after they finished up the job they were working on they would have someone come out with a motor and replace it. Within 3 hours from contacting them our condenser motor was changed out and our air working again. Great service for sure! Thanks a ton!
Very professional and knowledgeable. Came out on the 4th of July and had the air working again in an hour. Very prompt and excellent service. They have a new customer now as I will call on them for all of my AC and heating service. Very good rates too. Nice to discover such a great company!
Fantastic service. Our technician came late at night and fixed a problem we were having in under 30 minutes! I will definitely be calling again in the future!
