Our technician replaced capacitors in both of our heat pumps in less than an hour to get us cool again!
Dylan came out and diagnosed the problem explained what he felt would stop it. He was correct and it was the most economical solution. He did not try to scare me into getting the more expensive repair. He explained everything step by step. Did not leave until making sure there were no more concerns. Oh by the way he installed a expansion thing to water heater that stopped all the noise and fixed the pressure problems in the house. Showed me the new cut off and double checked all the outside pressure ran the water in all the bathrooms just to double check.
Our tech was professional, courteous and timely. He explained everything. Thank you.

They quoted me a time they would be out and even said they could come earlier. So happy I did not have to wait til 4pm or later. I’ve been using W.C.Wright for 20 years. They have always given me a fair price and they always do a great job. They put a new AC heat pump in my last condo and they could have really screwed me over if they had wanted to because I had never had to replace anything that big, but they gave me a great price and I trust them. It makes a big difference when you trust the people fixing your stuff. The guy who came last week was the same way. He let me know he was on his way and didn’t laugh too loud at my rigging of my air conditioning system. He got in and got it done. Excellent service from an excellent company. All those things listed asking what they repaired are beyond me. I have a heat and air conditioning system and it wasn’t working. He fixed it.
