Will definitely be using Polar Bear Services again! We called on a Saturday, and they were incredibly helpful. They are honest and knowledgable and saved us a lot of money with our issue. I highly recommend them!

I needed a new HVAC system and called Polar Bear. Let me tell you, I will never call anyone else! They are professional, punctual and communicate every step of the process. The 2 installers (Josh and Drew) were amazing! They were very punctul, polite, answered any questions I had and did not leave any trash behind. I spoke with Weston on the phone and he gave me multiple choices and was very clear and concise when he helped me decide. I also like doing business with a locally owned company and they definately are a family owned local business. I would highly recommend Polar Bear Services!
I work at the Huddle House in Sylacauga, Alabama. We were having an issue with our commerical gas grill in the form of it needing parts and service. The parts were put on, but we had another issue of getting the grill to relight. Joey came all the way down from a job he was doing in Chelsea to troubleshoot and fix the problem for us. He is the best technician hands down and provide wonderful customer service. I always look forward to seeing he come to our location.
We have tried for over a year to get our ice machine repaired. I haven't been able to get anyone to come out. I called Polar Bear and had them out two days later. Our ice machine is back up and running. The technician was great very knowledged and kind. We greatly appreciate them coming out so fast and fixing our problem. Extremely happy we found this company.
We called Polar Bear Services to fix our office Ice Dispenser and water machine.. They were very responsive, on time and their were very professional and knowledgably about what they were doing.. The on site staff also keep me informed of each step and what to expect.. My initial call was with Julie. Julie was so kind and compassionate that I knew I was not going to call anyone else. I recommend Polar Bear Services for any of your needs.
Christian Koehl came out and did an excellent job on my mini split. Got it running in no time and took the time to show me what had gone wrong. Highly recommend.
I don't think you can ask for a more important characteristic from an owner and his team than unfailing personal integrity. Face it, if we had the genuine skills to do the job ourselves, we'd already be up on the roof. Instead, we look for the people who do have the critical experience, we lend our trust to them, and we hope for the best. Sadly, we often find out too late that they lacked the knowledge, or even worse, they abused our trust. We've been using Polar Bear exclusively for the past seven years at a somewhat older facility that's absolutely chock-full of "character", and never once have they steered us wrong. They've no doubt saved us tons just by preventing us from spending when we gladly would have. Ever had the feeling that a heating & air vendor was just trying to sell you a load of expensive new equipment when the right investment would instead have been to fix what you had? Or, that maybe they were steering you towards a rushed decision when maybe thinking it through for a bit would have led to a much smarter and more economical outcome? You'll never have those nagging feelings with the team at Polar Bear. William is a straight-shooter, and has said many times that he's not interested in just taking today's business, he wants to be a partner you can trust for the long-term. I can tell you sincerely, I have never once regretted taking his suggestions. Choose them as your partners today- You'll be glad that you did. (Too bad there's only five stars)

Very respectful, kind , and honest. This was my second time using them and I will forever call them. Also received a call the day after to make sure I was happy with the service and to also make sure everything was running perfect.
It’s Christmas Eve - 2:00pm - - it’s 9 degrees - my heating unit will not work. I made several calls and no one answered - finally got an answer and I explained my situation and sadly they were receiving many many calls and couldn’t get to me until next week - but he was willing to FaceTime me and with his patience and working with a woman that barely knows a pair of pliers from a screwdriver - he walked me thru what I needed to do and I’m happy to report I have heat again! In this big ole busy world of everyone racing to the top - this man took the time to help me on this day. I cannot say enough Thank you’s and praise! Now I just need to keep their phone number because they will be my only HVAC repair/maintence company I’ll ever use. Merry Christmas - Thank you so much ! Pj Sturdy

I was having trouble heating and cooling my new home in Pell City. There Tech. Richard came out and was very professional, went above and beyond in all aspects of his job and he spent time to talk to me and explain to me everything I need to know about my homes AC Unit. Richard talked to me like we were life long friends and that is a very good feeling to have a Tech. that is willing to help you in that way, instead of just coming in and leaving without helping you understand what all needed to be done and what all he did while he was working on your AC Unit. I would recommend this company and Richard to anyone who needs help with there AC Unit.
Hands down the best HVAC company I’ve ever used. Every single person I’ve come in contact with in this company is professional, knowledgeable, and punctual. These are just good people that do what’s right for their customers. Can’t say enough good things about this company. Highly recommend.
Polar Bear Services installed a new furnace and air conditioning unit for me about two years ago. They were very professional and friendly. Now they are coming and doing my maintenance and they do excellent work. I highly recommend them.

Had an electrical problem. Shondo did a perfect job finding the problem. He was very patient, thorough and competent. He even let me "help". These folks will be my GO TO people for any further issues with my place! Thanks for being a great technician and the help in fixing my issue.
