Excellent communication and service☝️
Great company, great people, great pricing!! Called the day before (6:00 PM-ish), and the really nice lady was able to get a service technician (Adam M.) out to us before noon the next morning (today). Adam called ahead, have me a window of arrival, and showed up on time! He was able to quickly fix my issue (as well as explain everything to me) and the cost was a great deal! Guess who I just designated as my A/C service company for ALL of my needs - Valley Heating Cooling & Electric! Would recommend them to family, friends, and colleagues, and I am appreciative of their work ethic and service. Thank you, Adam and Valley!
