Called with AC problem, technician arrived around 1 hour later. Technician was very professional and identified the problem. Made repair and checked over entire system. Repair price was very reasonable and we were cool again. Thank you so much! Highly recommend for anyone needing AC issues.
Signed up for the Generac Service program. Nick came out and worked during the rain and storm to service my unit so it was able run efficiently. Highly recommend.
I don't write reviews often but the experience with Sweat was great. My entire system needed to be replaced I got quotes and Sweat came in 30% lower and the quality of work was exceptional. In addition Ward, came after the work was done to make sure everything was working properly. We are happy with in our cool home!
Sweat cool hooked me up with a brand new system very quickly. I believe a 24 hour turnaround from the time I called for a quote to when they finished the install. Extremely reasonable prices. Very quick to respond with any questions or help I needed afterward. Would highly recommend sweatcool to anyone looking out there.
EXTREMELY unprofessional! Ward was laughing and making jokes about the Asian race all the while his wife was behind him laughing. He made my family and I very uncomfortable to say the least!
Getting a new unit installed with this company was very easy...they came out and within a few hours everything was complete, the workers and owner were very nice and also they are very affordable!!!!!
Being a resident of Fairhope, I've received mailers from Sweat and I've seen their trucks around town. I have phoned twice and sent a message thru their website without a peep of a response. Maybe it's because the property I want AC work on is outside of the county. But I really don't know, since they have completely ignored my inquiries. No Sweat! I will not bother to contact you again. I'll go back to Hansen who ALWAYS respond to inquiries.

Young man came out (15 minutes early 😁) on a Saturday morning. Promptly made repairs. Did an excellent job. Been very satisfied with Sweat AC with installation of 2 new units
Sweat literally came the within 6 hours of me calling to make an appointment and fixed it within an hour of being here. 10/10 recommend them and will definitely be using them again. Do not use baldwin heating and air
They did a great job for me; came out within a few hours and replaced our heat pump the next day. Friendly and professional; I highly recommend them.
Called these folks because they had flyers in the mail . Ad said service call was 35 . The big ole boy came out and found a fuse blown and replaced it . Ac fine . I asked about the charge . He told me 125.00 I told him I was on a fixed income but he was not concerned about that issue . Well . I paid that charge and now after 30 it comes out of my account when I thought they had enough time to debit my account . I called sweat and they said they had to let the guy go cause he was a problem . I was firm but she volunteered to reverse the charge because of the time it took to debit me To this day haven't received my 125.00 . Was fixing to have them install a new ac but now I will call someone else that has a honest business ! Why lie to me lady ? Hope u work out your many problems . Expected so much from them ! real disappointed .
Charles came out to the house within an hour of calling and fixed our heating capacitor issue fast. Amazing, courteous and professional. Will use them again.
Called in the morning and gave description of the problem…..repairman came at the time agreed on the same day with the part possibly needed and replaced it within 20 minutes. Reasonable price and professional. Very pleased with Sweat AC and highly recommend..

Called Sweat Cool A/C to help out with a service issue on a minisplit and they were terrific. It didnt matter that our needs were minor, they treated us the same as if they were installing a new system. Hard to find responsive folks like Ward and crew these days. Strongly recommended!
