I’ve had quotes from multiple companies and most of them were all trying to oversell me every component possible. Dustin at air pros told me my options and was willing to try different operations as they were actually needed. I would refer them to any one I know for an excellent hvac service.
I called AC pros at 7 AM. They showed up before 8 AM! Had me up and running in 15 minutes. Highly recommend!
I cannot say enough positive things about Dustin with AC PROS. He went above and beyond by responding to a message after hours on a holiday weekend. Came through with a repair part that no one else in the HVAC industry were able to obtain to get our system back up and running. He even made sure we had some comfort by allowing us to borrow a portable ac unit. He was timely, kept us informed every step and also was in and out in no time. Honestly, we will definitely use him in the future.
Called Dustin to come behind another AC guy that was incompetent. Dustin came in, proved himself, not only knowledgeable and professional, but extremely efficient and responsive. Best damn experience I’ve had with an AC company. Don’t call him if you enjoy bad experiences and poor customer service.

Dustin and his team came out and told me exactly what the problem was with my a/c. Others companies came out but didn’t fix things these guys are great and tell you exactly what you need while educating you about your ac and what’s best for it. Our air conditioning went out on what seemed like the hottest 🔥🔥🔥 day of the year. Made a call to A/C Pros and Dustin showed up lightning fast! Great personality and is very professional! Highly recommend.
The owner (Dustin) was able to come out within an hour of me reaching out to him, and he had our AC up and running before lunch. Had to replace fan motor in attic after power surge smoked it, and did some general maintenance on the unit/pan/drain. Excellent service, would recommend and will definitely use again.
Great service. Attention to detail. Helpful in explaining the process of installing new HVAC from the inside out. Polite, professional and efficient, the best out there. I'm so glad I called A/C Pros and got an honest HVAC inspection! After having a different company tell me I needed a new unit asap and giving me an inflated estimate, Dustin with A/C Pros came by and gave me an honest assessment. He confirmed that I didn't actually need a new unit yet and gave me a much more reasonable estimate for when it is time for a new one. You can bet that when my unit does finally go out, I will be calling A/C Pros! Honesty and fair pricing go a long way in my book, so I will recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC work.
We have used a few different companies for HVAC service in the past and on more than one occasion were disappointed. We called A/C PROS when we had a problem with a cooling system at our home. The owner was very responsive and courteous, showing up when he said he would. We are impressed with his professionalism and courtesy. He doesn't mind taking the time to answer questions and help you with understanding the nature of the problem and how it can be fixed. We appreciate his honesty. In our opinion, A/C PROS shines above the rest. We won't hesitate to call them when we need service again.
I called A/C Pros as a second opinion because another unnamed and rather large company here in Fairhope were basically trying to rob us. I shared their findings with Dustin and Ryan and they agreed with only one thing the other company found. They could not have been more honest and professional and thus, have created a customer for life. Without a question i would recommend these guys to my own family, don't look anywhere else.
