Dowsey has saved me too many times to count. Tiffany is so helpful and the crew is always courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend.
They came by Friday afternoon because my tankless water heater would not come on. They flipped a breaker in the panel on the outside of the house. They charged me $300 for a 10 minute stop. I called and she told me it was after hours and the minimum charge was by the hour. $300 an hour for two guys in a van who were here 10 minutes. Obviously this is ridiculous. There are other professionals who value our business and don't want to screw us.
Had a guy come out, he turned off the water and told us they were too busy to do the repair. $200
We’ve used Dowsey exclusively for all our plumbing. We had a clog in the out flow pipe to the sewer on a Friday afternoon. They came within 30-40 minutes of our calling. Great service.
Good. Had some communication issues but no one's fault. It happens. Fixed the problem and good so far. Hopefully not as expensive as some people predicted for a not so big issue.
Make sure you get a firm quote before they start work. The two main things I brought them in here to do was to fix a leaky shower and the other one was to fix a toilet that was unlevel. After $750 bill neither is .fixed They did do some minor fixes of dripping faucets while they were here but that's the extent of it. They even charged me a second trip visit when they had to come back the next day with a part to fix an upstairs shower. I am very dissatisfied.
AC stopped working Friday night called them at 7:30 Saturday morning. Responded within 10 minutes said he was about an hour out. He called back 45 minutes later and said he was on the way. System needed new run capacitor. He had part with him and he had us up and running again by 8:30. Can't say enough about their awesome service and professionalism.
We have called on Dowsey over the years for minor repairs. Always there the same day, always nice, and very professional. This Fall we had a big ticket item to take care of in having to replace our HVAC system. We received two or three quotes from other companies, but in the end the choice was always going to be Dowsey and we couldn't be happier with that choice. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Dowsey plumbing has been my go to for all my plumbing and electrical needs for 23 years!! They are reasonably priced with experienced expert staff. They get the job done and clean up before leaving.
Highly recommend Dowsey Plumbing. After calling three companies, all booked, I talked to Cristi, who very quickly had two plumbers on their way. My problem was resolved within a short time. I will definitely use their services again.

This family owned business treated me so good. They beat their competitors price by $1900 and did a great job. I will never use another plumbing company.
This company sucks. DO NOT USE. I called them in December because I had no heat. I was told that the problem was the heating element. This was replaced, but the heat still did not work during the next cold snap. Tech came out and said first tech was wrong. Second tech promised to "research" the problem but never called. We spoke with owner of company, Mike Dowsey, who promised to come over himself with a tech. Never called or showed. And yet I keep getting bills for the tech visits though the problem was not fixed, and the second tech said the fist tech was wrong.
