Amazing!
Been using bay aire for many years....until today was very upset by the person answering the phone..... Very condescending....talked to me like she was doing me a favor just taking to her.... She put me on the defensive immediately.... Have used bay aire for several years, until today was always easy to get service.... Because of this lady's attitude I give 1 star..

Bay-Aire replaced all my duct work and installed a new a/c system for me. The employees did excellent work, were friendly and polite, they were always on time and cleaned up every bit of trash and took it away. They have a great maintenance and service plan too!. We are so happy with the installation...our power bill went from $500 to $100 after the new a/c was put in!

Excellent service! Bay Air installed two new systems for us and helped design the system to fit our needs.
Called on a weekend after 6:00pm, thankfully a technician was able to service our call. The tech discovered a very dangerous bare high voltage wire, and low voltage wires that were arcing causing the heat strip to come off & on at same time with A/C, this eventually blew out the safety fuse, which caused the A/C unit to stop working. These wires were left like this from work done by another A/C Company 6 months ago, if not corrected this could have caused a fire. The tech worked well after 11:00pm to correct all the problems, with a kind and positive attitude. Thank you Bay Aire for saving us from a potential major disaster! Kindly, Barbara

What a great company. These guys are true craftsmen. I had the unfortunate experience having someone else install my new AC unit, Big mistake. I had to hire Bay Aire to come back and correct the other company's mistakes. Very professional and courteous from the first call to the guys who came out and did the repairs. I should have hired them to start with. Live and learn. Bay Aire is my AC company from now on.
