They came quickly to check on a 16 year old unit. No repair possible so they went the extra mile to get a replacement on a holiday and get it installed. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and hard working

Everyone we dealt with was very professional. They came out on Tuesday and we decided to replace our system after going through options with them. Very patient and kind to work with. They came out Thursday morning and replaced our whole system and thermostat and cleaned up behind themselves! Wonderful crew! 10/10 would recommend!
Ryan was on time for the appointment, and after arriving, he had the issue diagnosed and repaired in a timely manner. He was professional and very personable. I have been using another company for my heating and cooling needs, but after the recommendation to try Barrett, I will be switching to them for my future needs!
We have used Barrett for years for regular maintenance and had them replace two Hvac units for us. Great service and great product. They are on time for appointments and I have referred their business to friends and family and they have all been pleased. Definitely recommend them for all hvac needs.

In todays world of no customer service or appreciation for customers they are the shining star with Customer Service that is outstanding. Janette in the office is always responsive and stays on top keeping you informed. Barrett Heating and Cooling are top notch and the only one to call in the Tri County Area!
Only guys to call. Quick to respond and affordable. Ryan showed up with tools in hand and ready to work. Troubleshot the problem and had the parts with him. Visually inspected both upstairs and outside units. Friendly and professional. I will use them again. You should too!
After getting the my HVAC replaced, they took months and at least 4 trips with inadequate scheduling for them to install the filter housing. Make sure you double check when they say they are going to show up if you don't want your time wasted.
They sent an awesome guy named Ryan because I was having an issue. He came at 9:15PM on a Monday night….1st off, how awesome is that!… a business that will send someone that late in the evening to take care of its customers! I know he had to be tired after working all day but that did not keep him from being positive and friendly. I’m so appreciative of Ryan and Barrett H&C for taking care of our family.

My wife called Barrett Heating and Cooling Condition and within an hour of the service call, Mr. Dale Barrett was at our home. He was very professional, knowledgeable and most of all HONEST! He got our home back cooling in less than an hour and gave us a plan to put in an energy efficient unit that will lower our power bill. If you’re looking for company to take care of your HVAC needs, CALL THEM NOW! Trust me, they’re much better, prices are more reasonable and they’re honest unlike some of the larger companies around here just looking to make money.
in my 75 years of life, and as a Maintenance Manager for two different companies, I have never encountered a company like Barrett HVAC. They tell you what they can do, provide all of the info to make an intelligent decision and follow up, very truthful, and committed to satisfaction on the part of the client.
