Joel was professional and thorough. He explained our situation in detail, and said his supervisor would call us the next morning, which s/he didn’t… We are still without AC, and it’s July… But Joel was great.
Sean and Clint installed a new split unit for me. Every house is different, and they troubleshooted any issues quickly. They were very meticulous and detail oriented and made my house comfortable again in a single day. Very happy with choosing Valley H&C.

John was at our house 7/6/23 exactly when he said he would be there. He went over and beyond to make our unit work. He was sent out to do one thing but had to stay several hours to get the job completed because of some issues that had been overlooked by someone else.

Edward was great to work with. He took his time and thoroughly checked my system and explained what was going on. After getting me quotes on multiple repair options he went over all the details of each quote. I appreciate his professionalism.
Casey did a great job getting our unit back up and running. He was extremely detailed and went above to get our home back with cool AC for the evening.
Brandon came today to fix our unit. He was very knowledgeable and thorough and did an excellent job. I would recommend him in the future.

My central unit was not working. I called and shortly after ,they sent Brandon M . He was respectful and professional. He told me the unit needed replaced. The Next day !!! Brandon B and Johnathan F came out and replaced the hvac .. They were very hard workers . It was a big job and they didn’t even take lunch because they wanted to get the air working for me and my two special needs kids. I feel like they were very professional and mindful of the mess . I would highly recommend this company!!!!
Valley Heating and Cooling is the best company in my opinion to take care of your HVAC needs. They were very courteous on the phone, and the technician was excellent in person, he took time to explain my situation, good and bad, and gave excellent recommendations. They are just a solid company that seems to care about their customers. Thank you for the great experience.

Kevin James was very prompt, courteous, and professional. Thoroughly checked out the AC unit and gave a thorough explanation to the problem and how to fix it. Very satisfied with this company and its employees.
Fabian was very accommodating when I couldn’t meet early in the morning, to come later in the day. He quickly fixed my unit that was not cooling and gave me advice on future maintenance of my units.
I never have any issues with Valley Heating and Cooling. They are always on time and very professional and accommodating. Kevin James was our tech today and he was extremely nice and explained everything he was doing perfectly. Would highly recommend them to anyone.
Valley Heating & Cooling was very responsive & replaced our aging inefficient units the same week we called for an estimate. I can’t recommend them enough!!
The install team was great notifying me before they showed giving a good estimate of how long it would take and then notifying me when installation was complete. Great attention to detail on how it went including turning off temporary cooling unit and fan allowing the new unit to cool. They also checked out the heating furnace with new thermostat! Great job Vance Kanaday and team!
