The gentleman that came to our house was efficient and honest by providing the options we had to fix our issue.
You cannot beat the service this company gives. They are always prompt and explain the reason why any repair needs to be done. I will continue to call Higdon’s for any HVAC need.

We had Higdon install new units a few years ago and signed up for their service contract. They are very responsive, communicative, and have always been on time and fully transparent about everything they've done. They immediately honored a warranty claim with out any ifs, and, or buts. It's great to get quality honest service, it's a rarity these days!
I brought a older Scotchman ice maker in for a diagnostic evaluation. They immediately identified a faulty water pump , and it would have to be replaced before continuing. The cost was almost $1,400 in parts for the pump. They were extremely professional in discussing the pros and cons of continuing and help me decide that it was imprudent to continue. Every interaction with the staff was a genuine pleasure and a model for any business to be proud of. Their diagnostic fee was a bargain!
Contacted them late at night for an emergency call, on a Saturday, on a very humid night. Called back immediately and had someone out in less than 2 hours. Left us a portable AC to use until a new unit could be installed. Great, professional team. They do exactly what they say and will definitely take care of you.
The service technician (Mike) performed HVAC preventive maintenance on my systems. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I enjoyed our conversations related to his work on my systems. All of the folks at Higdon Service have proven to be well trained and personable.

Scottie was very knowledgeable and professional. Even though he had to deliver bad news about our unit compressor going out he did so respectfully and clearly. I know nothing about HVAC systems but I understood what was wrong and he gave us plenty of options to address the issue. And they came out just two days later to install our new unit!

AC was not cooling the upstairs so I called on Mother’s Day and Tyler answered the phone and said he would be my on-call serviceman. I asked him how long it would take for him to arrive and he said 45 minutes since he was coming from his home in another city. 45 minutes later exactly Tyler arrived and determined that our coil had a leak. He explained everything to me clearly regarding the repairs and costs associated with them. Tyler was polite and professional and worked efficiently. He told me the coil part would have to be ordered and he would return in a week as soon as it arrived. Tyler and Cody worked together to install the coil. Cody was also professional and polite and kept me updated on progress as they were completing the install. Very impressed with these guys and their service. Will definitely recommend this company to others.

As always, Higdon Service is prompt, courteous and professional. Needed to have them come out on the weekend and didn't have to wait long. Kyle quickly diagnosed the problem and had us up and running in no time. It's nice to know that there are still honest, fair companies and individuals to deal with. While HVAC repairs are never cheap, it's reassuring to know that the cost quoted is fair, reasonable and that we are not taken advantage of. We highly recommend Higdon Service.
Had to have circuit boards and parts replaced. Scotty did a great job on both days. Units are only a couple of years old and you don’t expect parts to go bad and need to be replaced but Higden makes sure the the repair is done right
